    I just wanted to say I love love love your workouts! There are so many on youtube but I enjoy yours the most and have been doing it for a month. The key is to not get bored and your workouts are perfect. Love that there's no talking and music in the background. It's just perfect! Thank you.

    What a fun, challenging workout, today! Burned 349 calories. I had to stretch the rest a few times to keep up because my heart rate was getting a bit too high. But I only modified three moves, the side planks and tuck jumps. Every other move was done in the best form I could do while keeping up with you. Thank you, Anna!

    Just getting back into these home workouts as we begin lock down # 3 here in Toronto. Was a bit different transitioning back from my F45 fitness studio to my basement for these but definitely felt the sweat today which is amazing! I sure will get back in the groove after another workout or two. I'm hoping to finally finish this challenge now lol

    aroung halfway I was struggling and I was thinking, I hope that the next exercise is something to do with abs and guess what, side planks were next. not necessarly what I was hoping for, but hey, that helped me and I finished this workout without any extra breaks :) I think that the best in your workouts is that the balance, I did get sweaty, I am tired, but I was not to the extreme point when I was nauseous or not being able to continue. keep it up, great work :)

    I was having an anxiety attack right after my nap. I was also getting very angry at life, to the point of breaking down to tears, mind you. I envisioned myself doing violent HIIT moves and I just knew only that could provide the very needed anger release. I got up, went to my room and did this. I even cried while doing this. Now I feel great.

    That was definitely a three sweat drop workout, tried really hard not to stop but had to pause to get a tissue, other than that I kept going, thank you for putting these workouts together for us 🙂
