Good brain. More better than other indians that use english titles but speak in indian language. The editing also good. Easy to understand. Great work 👍🏻
It bugs me that I can’t just put a setting to presave all photos to small or medium size. I think Apple does this so that we will run out of space and be forced to pay the 1.99 a month for extra cloud space. Which we wouldn’t have to if they didn’t screw us over this way.
I use a San Disk flash drive made for phones to move pics off my iPhone/iPad
I don’t think it is because of the 1.99 they want you to spend. It is more likely that most people actually want large size photos because they want to either open them on larger screens or to zoom in for greater detail.
@@StopFear But why not provide the option if one wanted it? Some websites do not accept large uploads.

Additionally, the Apple cloud storage (Files) meter is insanely inaccurate. For example, if you have 100 gb of available cloud storage, and you upload a 1 gb file, you would think the available storage is 99 gb, NO! It tells you that your available storage is 96 gb. Try it and see with your own eyes

I see how to reduce one pic file size... but (1) how do you set resolution or file size upfront... BEFORE taking iPhoto or iVideo? (2)what can be utilized to change file size of past files in bulk?

Great video. This app would be perfect if you could resize photos in bulk. I am a home inspector and take 100s of photos at times. I use a cloud server to keep records of each inspection. Resizing all photos would help tremendously but with this method it would be very time consuming.

how can i use the image size app to change a portrait photo to landscape in one step. If i add a portrait photo to imovie it cuts off the top and bottom

I think the iOS update since this video publishing has changed the shortcut setting. On my phone now I’m December 2021 there is no option to just allow third party shortcuts. But there is an option to “allow running scripts”. Is that the same ? How to do the shortcut now

How do you install a shortcut? I have the latest iOS 15. Your video asks people to change a setting (mine is called "Private Sharing" and not "Allow Untrusted Shortcuts") and then immediately you're in an iCloud screen which I don't know how to get to, and then you're in shortcut screen I also don't know how to get to. Where is all of this? I don't have any of this. Is this phone model specific?

If you just need the occasional one you can reduce it by emailing to yourself. I would not use an unsafe shortcut ever!

I installed Shortcut app as you indicated. Went back into settings (shortcuts) the button remains grey. “Allowed Untrusted Shortcuts” it won’t allow me to turn it green‼️ I’m very frustrated. Can you please help❓
This happened to me, too. Try running a few Apple shortcuts first, then come back to the Settings app. It allowed me to turn the “allow untrusted shortcuts” button green!
