I remember the Australians at this time would almost never ever lose a match. If they scored 230 they made sure they shot the other team out for 220.Just a brilliant team the Australians are , even as an Indian I am such a big Australian cricket fan.

Yes I agree. Cricket back in the 80s-early 2000s is not what it is today. Everything nowadays is for the glory of a fat paycheck to some hot shot media mogul. Big Bash Leauge and IPL have ruined the feel of ODI & Test Match cricket.

PH RR anybody who saw Australian team of the 90's and 00's was privileged. Massively talented and effortless performers. Two things stood out during that era; when the games hung in balance, one of the players would do something sensational, be it gilly with his explosive batting or Symonds with his fielding. Crucial matches, which were touted as close contests, became one-sided through sheer ability that McGrath and Warne possessed. That team had all world-class players who intimidated and dominated the opposition. The way that Australian team conquered everybody was a sight to behold. Miss those days

Absolute champion and a gentleman to go with it
Watched him a few times in Adelaide playing the one dayers
Put the fear of Christ noticeably to batters facing him but just a great sportsman and very humble guy
Always happy to sign an autograph fielding near the boundary
    Your a legend Brett Lee

A game featuring Stewart, Hussain, and Warney still playing ODIs and the last man out just renewed his ECB Test central contract for another year, and seemingly no injuries or major drop in form on the horizon. Jimmy Anderson's career is absolutely mental.
