The DJI transmission + Tilta v-mount plate looks so cool, nice way to keep the rig small. I'd still have to go with Hollyland, they're super reliable and wayy more affordable.
They are a bit less, but love the high bright with this setup !
Honestly, this video makes me glad I kept my FX6 😅. I’m sure the Komodo X image is incredible, but the ease of use of the FX6 for me makes it more fun to shoot with. All depends on the content though. In the world I live in, being able to just take a lens and a battery off my camera and drop it in my bag and go home is priceless. Great video though, love your work and content as always!

Woah as a teradek bolt 6 LT owner I’m a little jealous that your TX mounts right to the vmount. Just spent forever trying to get my Tx to mount nicely. I used that Kondor Blue Rosette adapter but find the the increased distance puts too much extra torque on my wrist. They are so cool tho?!
I love it , tilta gets a bad rap for their electronics , but these are great!
I don’t mind the side handle actually!

How do you adjust the camera settings when the top handle is mounted? It doesn't work via the monitor, right? And the on-camera monitor is pretty obstructed, if I'm not mistaken.
It’s an evil I’ve learned to live with, or recently using the portkeys bm5 wr
Only downside of the rig is accessing the touchscreen and since the ossee monitor doesnt have camera control youre going to need to use the small screen to check traffic lights, turn on peaking, false color etc...

Greetings friend, after using the Angelbird - AV PRO CFexpress B SE memories, how did you get on with them? I just bought a pair with my Komodo network but it gives a message that it is not a network authorized card, do you think there are problems with the files because of that? I appreciate your response 🎥🤛🏼
Weird, I haven’t had a problem , angelbird actually makes the red cards so that’s odd
@@KofiYeboah Thank you for your response friend, I am using the 512 GB angelbird cards and it works fine, but when I turn on the camera the message “card not approved” appears, I click ok and it works normally, do you get that same message? , I congratulate you on your videos, great work 🙌🏼

@@Framesbyfrisby boot up for me is less than 30s, which isn't awful, blackshading is WAY quicker

I usually lower it or ditch the top flag 👍🏾
How is this rig 'run and gun'? It's a heavily rigged out Komodo that takes screws and building to put together. This is at best a 'hand-holdable' rig.
