Beautiful rig. I have exactly the same model. Blacked out completely. 33s on 20s 2.5 front leveling kit rear airbags. upgraded sound. all led interior. tonneu cover. Love my rig. oh and the back seats is a hotel room 😂
I know this is an old video, but I just came across it. I have a 2 inch lift kit on my truck front and rear. I want to go with the exact same size on 20 inch rims. You have zero rubbing when turning? My skid plate is already cut so I don’t have to worry about that. I haven’t seen any videos that they show this size tire and them turning the wheels left or right I don’t wanna do any cutting. Let me know thanks
Quick question, I have a 3.3 inch lift (bilstein 6112), do you think a 295/65R20 would fit with minimum trimming? i have 2 inch spacers, so Im not worried about it hitting the UCA.
The prices are generally fixed across the board. I go to tire rack or discount tire because if you have a defect they tend to hold their word and take care of you.

Heck yeah - sounds awesome and similar to mine. This rig made a Tundra lover.
Awesome upgrade! I will be going with the same size in my tundra
I 100% recommend! Make sure you do a leveling kit too, to fully clear.
I’m about to do a 1.75” inch leveling kit planning on going with 295/60 20R idk if it will rub
@@slayer064 I'm not sure, but I bet someone on the forums has done it before. I'd be more concerned with hitting the UCA's. 295's will look sweet!
@@slayer064I put a 295/65/20 ridge grappler and it rubbed so I said screw it and told them to give me the recons 285/65/20. I’m here now 😅
Thank you broo, this give me a good insight for my hilux👍, awesome change
Nice! In my opinion, your truck would look better with black wheels
I have actually been on the fence about black wheels. We shall see 😎
Thinking about doing this size on my sequoia
Would highly recommend!!

Yup you’ll for sure clear if your skid plate is already cut. Now when I added spacers (later video) I did start rubbing at 80% turn in reverse only
If u ever swap out the fender flares I’ll buy em
Sounds good, I’ll let ya know!

I wish I knew, but I’m no expert on what will rub or not. I’d revert to custom offsets or a tundra forum.
Where is the best place to find deals on tires? Every online place I’ve checked the tires are about the same price?

What psi are you running them at? I’m looking to add 275/65/20
I run 40/38psi (F/R)
@@AJLoDato22 Thanks for the reply
I recently did a leveling kit on my 21 tundra. Are you sure the 285s will be able to fit? Or should I go with the 275 65 20s?
I mean they worked for me and I have the same setup. You will have to trim the skid plate though.
Remember the stance will be less wide wide with 275s
the difference is only .6 inches total, so if you're worried just get the 275
How did it affect the fuel mileage?
I lost just at 1MPG. In my opinion, the beefy look was worth it!
What side step it that?
These ones are factory. I made an individual video on replacing these. Check out my tundra playlist.
What brand 2 inch lift you use?
It is a ‘Supreme Suspension’ spacer lift. It was installed when I bought the truck
Is this on a fully stock tundra or did you do anything else? Lift? Shocks?
Just a strut spacer - 2”
nitto sucks!! falken tire way better
My past three sets of nittos have been great. I guess to each their own
@ very true to each their own. I just find they were out too fast. May be good for highway use but on back roads, you go through them very quickly.
