Unfortunately I don't think the deal with Disney extended to the merchandise budget, at least nothing on those lines has been said really behind the scenes so to speak
True but it's also worth saying that another big hurdle is actually retailers not wanting the range. Supposedly several other retailers outside B&M have been approached to sell the range but they've all said no, which logically explains the lack of 60th merch. So when you couple that with B&M's remit of wanting as little spent on the range as possible, doesn't bode well for the immediate future. We just have to hope the coming series boost popularity!
The type of trousers is Jodhpurs, pronounced "Jod-poors", as referenced by River Song in "Let's Kill Hitler". Excellent custom.
