What she said about choosing parents who were at a low level of consciousness is incredibly relevant to me. Just recently I moved back home from college, and a lot of discomfort started showing up when I was around my parents. I felt like although they were there for me physically. They were not there for me emotionally or spiritually. They seem to be at such a low level of consciousness that they can’t understand me at all. And it feels weird having this amazing transformation in your life, and having your parents think you’re just lonely, and you are not truly having a fulfilling life.
I so feel your pain. But keep your spirit and heart alive as this may be all part of the process. We know nothing even the most knowing people in the history of the world did not have a clue. They knew a lot and they were able to understand things nearly no one was able to, but in the end all their knowledge went away and after death they knew that they knew nothing. Some understood that in their lifetime, like Sokrates I think. Or Einstein. So trust your decision before you incarnated to this chosen life, you have chosen everything including your parents and ancestry. All you need to do is accept the fact that they are different than you are, but love them anyways. Unconditionally.
Maybe you were brought into this life to evolve your parents spiritually, by being transparent with them and not placating them. Only do it when you are financially secure, the process is very ugly but it's worth it if it means forcing them to take an honest look at themselves.

I connected deeply with this message. I’ve always felt as if I understand immediately what people are going through and they are drawn to me because of my ability to genuinely empathize. I have been empathetic my entire life. Even as a child I would pick up on other's emotions, or chose to spend lots of time playing by myself. As an adult I have always ran across people who I felt I somehow knew, even strangers have always taken to talking to me and feeling comfortable in my presence. I used to not understand it, but now it is one of my favorite things. For people to feel drawn and connected to your spirit is a beautiful thing. As an empath I don't know that I ever feel "lonely" as I have a deep relationship with myself, but the longing is what can really try to drown you.

Just the other night, I asked my spirit and guardian angels to help me soothe while I'm sleeping and I connected to the love of my twin flame in my sleep and I woke up with so much gratitude. It helps that I'm working with gemstones, I placed rose quartz for love and obsidian for energetic protection under my pillow. You can ask for help and it will come when needed the most, I know it's still hard, but we are here for a reason, don't forget your own divine worth ❤️
It's now been a year since I've been living alone. I've come to enjoy it for most of the time, but there are time that I need company, someone who can understand me and share the feelings I have about life. I just cannot stand shallow low vibrational people and their low vibrational frequencies. I'd rather be alone.

Since I could remember, "friends" will be my friend until they find someone "better". Ex: some one is my pal for a while ( they don't have friends) then they get a new job meet new ppl and I never hear from them again.. ex: I was in school many moons ago, was talking with a friend, helping her out etc, I was in mid sentence to me but then saw her other friend, tell her name and ran over to her al.ost pushing me out of the way. It's brutal. Up until recently I developed a sincere deep hatred for ppl. That hatred has now transformed into a weird sadness. I have been trying to observe instead of attaching
I needed this. It hit so hard. I had the most intense cry I've had in a long while. I had to pause for a minute, so the positive could fill the void where the negative had drained out. Thank you! You came to me during a time of need and have reappeared when I really need it every since. I am blessed to rejuvenate myself at this moment.
I am a very spiritual person but also a very human person which can lead to feelings of unbelievable pain and tension, and on top of that I am going through a twin flame experience which makes me question my existence on a daily basis. It's nice to hear all these things like "personal power", or "virtual community" and connect with strangers in other parts of the world, mostly super rich and priviledged parts of the world, but sometimes my very 3D gay Eastern European self just wants to be fucking relieved of this pain.

I've been feeling all my life that I'm different than others, like my best friends, etc. I feel so many spirits and also a lot of people have been saying that they can share so deep things and I still understand them easily. I recently did breathwork that made me return to myself in my truest form. I have blocked myself from being that true version of myself for a lot of years because it wasn’t emotionally safe for me as a child to be who I am. My high school friend recognizes this loneliness inside of me and said: as a teenager you always said you felt different than others. Now I am ready to release this shell of who I am, and to embody myself as who I truly am. But the loneliness hits deep in my soul.

Its wierd that I would come across this video 1 day after uploading it. I know that I am an old soul and for the past 10 years it has been really lonely because I can't find anybody who I can properly relate to. Two nights ago I stayed up reflecting over my social circle that I had for the past 10 years, and I realised that there was no circle except for 5 people who I would casually see. I'm so used to people walking over me and thinking I'm wierd that I feel really uncomfortable when someone wants to be my friend, I don't want them to see who I really am and not want to be my friend anymore. Once I realised that I just felt like such a loser and I actually felt really sorry for myself from the bottom of my heart.
I’m an old soul who has not really made 100% genuine friends and has had small circles socially, I feel most connected to my family, but I still feel at a crossroads in my life and I have this feeling of not being understood by those on the same frequency. I vibrate high and am an empath at 20, and I’m a single college student who tries to spread kindness around to everyone. Love is all I really need, but I love myself and take solace in who I am, I just want to feel more liberated and connected and get to that point in my life in the future. Please keep me in your thoughts. I’m also not religious but I’m spiritual, yet I was indoctrinated into Christianity, I don’t believe it, I want to be open with my mind, body, and soul. I feel so sad right now. My loneliness was triggered when I went travelling this weekend, and I went into a restaurant. I was seated, and I waited a while, watching everyone else get served before me, before the waitress finally came up and asked, "I'm sorry, were you waiting for someone?" I said, "No, I'm all by my lonesome." They assumed (subconsciously) that people don't go to restaurants alone, so they didn't serve me until the "other person" arrived. Of course there was no other person. It didn't hit me until later that this bothered me so much.
Oh God I was so upset yesterday doubted myself and was so sad about being lonely... my friendship end due to some circumstances. I’ve always feel so lonely, very isolated, depressed, High empathy, introvert all in one since my college days. I don’t have any friends well except only one good friend. And what’s more I’m deaf in both ears profoundly since I lost my hearing from my childhood due to spinal mengitis. So there was a lot of communication barriers/ lack of communication in my family, they don’t know sign language. I was left with language deprivation. My family and I don’t talk at all except for holidays, weddings, funerals there was only “hi” and “ bye”. No deep conversation. I feel like they don’t know me and I don’t know them. I often wonder why am I here on the earth what is my life purpose. I feel like I don’t belong here. I definitely think I’m an old soul.
This is hell. This is actual hell. And im walking through it, losing everything, and being told to smile through it by some sense of higher being. I just do not know whether or not im going to make this trip around. Im hanging in there but starting from square one for the third time again, and i have to shoulder the burdens and every other persons around me because i am shut out by others unless they want or need something. It might be time for the fool to hang up the cap in this world, cuz i dont think this world really wants to laugh anymore, i think it just wants to be put out of its misery. And i cry because of it, not knowing what to do and just being told to endure being crushed by the weight of a world bearing down on me so often with no desire to give any form of relief other than the constant threat of homelessness. Why?
Look up the sky ( the light side) and ask what you need for your life. Ask, ask and ask. Do not pray just humbly ask. Prayers are programmed, you don't know who you praying to.

Because down the other past is destruction and dishonor in the now or later. Following the masses is how we got to this culture and society in this first place and they still don’t know they have been led astray and typically do not know who they are or what they want. If you asked they would say happiness, but then ask them to define that, and you will see they are grasping at straws. Because the only thing worth is valuable healthy personal relationships, which are impossible with people who don’t love themselves and are shallow because, well so many reasons possible at this point in time and culture.

Even my family, is fake. This alone time has changed me , all your attention is turned inside, when you dont meditate ,your attention is focused outward, towards ,people, places and things. Im alone ,but i dont feel lonely at all, you must follow your sprit , i just workout , and focus on trading and becoming and more skilled trader. I do have 1 friend , that i trust . She been doing meditation for 30-40 years ,and is a teacher. We talk from time to time, but i love being alone really. What she said about choosing parents who were at a low level of consciousness is incredibly relevant to me. Just recently I moved back home from college, and a lot of discomfort started showing up when I was around my parents. I felt like although they were there for me physically. They were not there for me emotionally or spiritually. They seem to be at such a low level of consciousness that they can’t understand me at all. And it feels weird having this amazing transformation in your life, and having your parents think you’re just lonely, and you are not truly having a fulfilling life.
I so feel your pain. But keep your spirit and heart alive as this may be all part of the process.
We know nothing even the most knowing people in the history of the world did not have a clue. They knew a lot and they were able to understand things nearly no one was able to, but in the end all their knowledge went away and after death they knew that they knew nothing.

All you need to do is accept the fact that they are different than you are, but love them anyways. Unconditionally.
Maybe you were brought into this life to evolve your parents spiritually, by being transparent with them and not placating them. Only do it when you are financially secure, the process is very ugly but it's worth it if it means forcing them to take an honest look at themselves.

I have been empathetic my entire life. Even as a child I would pick up on other's emotions, or chose to spend lots of time playing by myself. As an adult I have always ran across people who I felt I somehow knew, even strangers have always taken to talking to me and feeling comfortable in my presence. Just the other night, I asked my spirit and guardian angels to help me soothe while I'm sleeping and I connected to the love of my twin flame in my sleep and I woke up with so much gratitude. It helps that I'm working with gemstones, I placed rose quartz for love and obsidian for energetic protection under my pillow. You can ask for help and it will come when needed the most, I know it's still hard, but we are here for a reason, don't forget your own divine worth ❤️

I recently did breathwork that made me return to myself in my truest form. I have blocked myself from being that true version of myself for a lot of years because it wasn’t emotionally safe for me as a child to be who I am.
My high school friend recognizes this loneliness inside of me and said: as a teenager you always said you felt different than others.

Yes, I've been like this since early on, day 1....and know it in my soul. And I'm on a TF journey as well (currently in separation). Its wierd that I would come across this video 1 day after uploading it. I know that I am an old soul and for the past 10 years it has been really lonely because I can't find anybody who I can properly relate to.
Two nights ago I stayed up reflecting over my social circle that I had for the past 10 years, and I realised that there was no circle except for 5 people who I would casually see. I'm so used to people walking over me and thinking I'm wierd that I feel really uncomfortable when someone wants to be my friend, I don't want them to see who I really am and not want to be my friend anymore. Once I realised that I just felt like such a loser and I actually felt really sorry for myself from the bottom of my heart.
I’m an old soul who has not really made 100% genuine friends and has had small circles socially, I feel most connected to my family, but I still feel at a crossroads in my life and I have this feeling of not being understood by those on the same frequency. I vibrate high and am an empath at 20, and I’m a single college student who tries to spread kindness around to everyone. Love is all I really need, but I love myself and take solace in who I am, I just want to feel more liberated and connected and get to that point in my life in the future. I feel so sad right now. My loneliness was triggered when I went travelling this weekend, and I went into a restaurant. I was seated, and I waited a while, watching everyone else get served before me, before the waitress finally came up and asked, "I'm sorry, were you waiting for someone?" I said, "No, I'm all by my lonesome." They assumed (subconsciously) that people don't go to restaurants alone, so they didn't serve me until the "other person" arrived. Of course there was no other person. It didn't hit me until later that this bothered me so much.
Oh God I was so upset yesterday doubted myself and was so sad about being lonely... my friendship end due to some circumstances. I am back to my own aloneness... some day it hits me so hard it makes me so sad... people around me are so intimated and jealous of me... I feel their negative energy around me which disturb me so much... why I would have choose this path it's so difficult... thank you for this.. I hope I meet my tribe and this loneliness leaves me...
I feel mentally alone it’s really hard to find people who can truly understand occult knowledge. It sucks having such a deep understanding of life but no one to share it with. My ex did for a while but then she just gave up and didn’t want to continue to learn and grow.
“too much” comes to mind when attempting connection, open and honest communication is what I need to thrive. Needless to say, my human barely is able to navigate the overthinking, the hollow abdominal feeling I associate with not being chosen and abandonment. I-I observes, nothing more.
It is Yoga in it’s true meaning. To observe the “sting”, yet not be the “sting”.
It is a constant practice… I suppose that is why minimal connection in “form” is the life.
This video deeply resonates with my soul. After having my awakening, I realized that so many of the circumstances I was in throughout my life shaped me to be on the beautiful path that I am on today. Everything happens for a reason, y’all. We stress out about unimportant things just because we are unaware of the fact that everything we are experiencing has been chosen for us.

This is exactly how I feel x
I’ve always feel so lonely, very isolated, depressed, High empathy, introvert all in one since my college days. I don’t have any friends well except only one good friend. And what’s more I’m deaf in both ears profoundly since I lost my hearing from my childhood due to spinal mengitis. So there was a lot of communication barriers/ lack of communication in my family, they don’t know sign language. I was left with language deprivation. My family and I don’t talk at all except for holidays, weddings, funerals there was only “hi” and “ bye”. No deep conversation. I feel like they don’t know me and I don’t know them. I often wonder why am I here on the earth what is my life purpose. I feel like I don’t belong here. I definitely think I’m an old soul.
This is hell. This is actual hell. And im walking through it, losing everything, and being told to smile through it by some sense of higher being. I just do not know whether or not im going to make this trip around. Im hanging in there but starting from square one for the third time again, and i have to shoulder the burdens and every other persons around me because i am shut out by others unless they want or need something. It might be time for the fool to hang up the cap in this world, cuz i dont think this world really wants to laugh anymore, i think it just wants to be put out of its misery. And i cry because of it, not knowing what to do and just being told to endure being crushed by the weight of a world bearing down on me so often with no desire to give any form of relief other than the constant threat of homelessness. Why?
Look up the sky ( the light side) and ask what you need for your life. Ask, ask and ask. Do not pray just humbly ask. Prayers are programmed, you don't know who you praying to.
Why in the world would we want to choose this awful lonely path?!!! 🤷♀️
What I understood about ourselves is that, we might have chosen the other path, which no other soul can understand 🤷🏻♂️ and now we can't walk alone in that path and no other can understand us, we feel lonely! That's what I think 😅
Because down the other past is destruction and dishonor in the now or later. Following the masses is how we got to this culture and society in this first place and they still don’t know they have been led astray and typically do not know who they are or what they want. If you asked they would say happiness, but then ask them to define that, and you will see they are grasping at straws. Because the only thing worth is valuable healthy personal relationships, which are impossible with people who don’t love themselves and are shallow because, well so many reasons possible at this point in time and culture.

I just ran across your video, and podcast for the first time. Your spot on, i been alone for 2 and a half years, i have let all the people in my life ,go. I can see right through people. Even my family, is fake. This alone time has changed me , all your attention is turned inside, when you dont meditate ,your attention is focused outward, towards ,people, places and things. Im alone ,but i dont feel lonely at all, you must follow your sprit , i just workout , and focus on trading and becoming and more skilled trader. I do have 1 friend , that i trust . She been doing meditation for 30-40 years ,and is a teacher. We talk from time to time, but i love being alone really. I desire companionship, but it has to be someone,who meditate, human nature is so selfish, its funny ! Look at the divorce of kevin Costner, and what he is going through! If your on the path, let the changes happen, by being still. The world, and people are spinning out of control !
