  • As we move forward toward our dreams, sometimes difficult things do come up. And giving yourself permission just to FEEL your feelings, without needing to do anything about them, or push them down, or make them better, just to feel them, is a radical act of self-love.

    I didnt know I wasnt letting myself feel, until I found myself sobbing to this meditation. It was unexpected.

    This was an amazing meditation, thank you so much! I've been battling anger and wanting to lash out but started crying during this meditation and feeling the hurt. Felt really good to cry and feel what I'm really feeling. Will definitely use again, you're the best Justin

    Thank you. I'm learning to feel all my feelings, especially since quitting cannabis. Emotions are so overwhelming, and letting myself cry and release was a practice. I'm safe to feel and allow emotions to move through me. It's okay to feel your feelings. ❤ Thank you for this meditation; your voice is soothing and this is an important meditation for everyone to practice 💜

    I needed this more than I realised. So many beautiful things came from this, it felt almost like the Universe was speaking through you to me, hearing the reassurance that it’s ok, that I am allowed to feel, that I can feel these things without needing to push anything away. I cried and continued to feel it was ok as you voice soothed and welcomed what was coming up. Thank you dear soul 🙏🏼 sending you all love x

    Hi I love this meditation. I was wondering if you could make long loop of “it’s okay to feel this way” with the music? I need more time to sit with my self and that mantra is really soothing. Thank you for the creation of this meditation! 🙏🏽
