    I unclogged my surface cleaner nozzle, but when I hooked it up to the Pw I still couldn’t get Pressure. Do you know what the issue could be ? The black hose connected to the surface cleaner is stuck in the quick connect. I was using a box store pressure washer and the pump went bad on it while I was surface cleaning. • @PressureCleaningSch

      I don't like any surface cleaner with 4 casters, they seem to have mind of their own. I use to use the Whisper Wash 24 Inch big guy for residential work, I love the 2 wheels in back and 1 in front. Much easier to control. I use a steel eagle now with same type of wheel set up, and love it for our commercial work. So I either use a floater or one with the 3 wheels.

    Hey Doug I’ve got a question. I have a 20” hammerhead that I have only used maybe 15 times. One day I noticed my 5 GPM bandit was vibrating real bad only when I used the surface cleaner. I ended up finding a plugged nozzle. I went and picked up two 25025 nozzles from your store the other day and swapped to the new nozzles. I’m still noticing that only when I use the surface cleaner the unloader is bypassing part of the pressure back to my buffer tank. This causes my pressure washer to vibrate abnormally. When I use the wand it doesn’t do it. Only when I use the surface cleaner. Any idea why it might be doing that? Anybody got ideas?

    • @PressureCleaningSch
      @PressureCleaningSch  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sounds like you got a clogged nozzle again that can happen sometimes when you change them check them again

    • @PressureCleaningSch

      Also could be unloader or even a coil pack

    • @albertogonzalez1183
      @albertogonzalez1183 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Doug Rucker I double checked the nozzles again this morning and they are clean. I removed the unloader and it looks spotless since it’s a new pressure washer. It only happens when I use the surface cleaner. Works great when I use the wand. Zero water comes out of the bypass hose when I I squeeze the wand trigger. But when I use the surface cleaner I get warm water coming out. Took apart the swivel assembly and everything looks fine there too. If I brought my trailer and surface cleaner over to you could you look at it? I need to buy a couple things from your store anyways. Picked up some of your Kings Kling the other day. I’m liking it.

      @@PressureCleaningSch I fixed the two nozzles. They were both plugged.
      I suspect that one was previously plugged and that the pressure was higher out of the remaining nozzle.
      The nozzles were very tight, so I had to use a 1/2" rachet. I almost needed the longer bar to loosen it. I took the center cartridge out, cleaned it and put a new "0" ring on the shaft. That mechanism was fairly clean, though.
      I removed the wash arm and placed it in a vise to remove the nozzles. It would have been too difficult to hold the floor cleaner steady by myself the wash arm was not difficult to remove. It turned counter clockwise to remove.
      Also, I use this floor cleaner once a year, so I would not have noticed just one nozzle working.
      I had to use a smaller welding tip cleaner to start as the proper sized tip cleaner would not budge the hardened material in the nozzle.
      In the end, I learned something new. I will try it out tomorrow to see how much better it works.
