I have a small charcuterie business myself and am always interested in how other people do there pricing. Like how much in total do you pay for supplies/ingredients vs how much you charge? I feel like I sometimes don't make enough profit to make it worth my time and effort into it.
I also have somewhat of a charcuterie "business" i usually only make $20-30 because im too scared to charge more. And i dont sell enough tobstay stocked on the supplies. I just keep on hoping one day my dream will come true. Weddings. Please universe bless me with wedding catering job 🙏🙏🙏
