I used to work in a kitchen and prepared the charcutier boards, it was extremely stressful to make them quickly and always "a new and unique piece of art I was presenting to our guests" (the Italian chef would yell alot of interesting things about how to plate) long story short I really wish I found your videos years ago. keep it up !!!
