I picked up 2 of those for the wife and I. Awesome to see you get one too. Now washington is talking about more rules in the woods for electric bikes. So far the bikes are pretty awesome though!

I have the step-through model. It is an excellent machine for the money. The 3" fat tires work good for off both on and off road. I also have a Swagtron when I just want a lighter bike to through in the car.

I have that same model. But I disagree with you on the number selector as far as speed when using the twist throttle. You never mentioned anything at all about the pedal assist the bicycle has. That is where I found the number select here to be most helpful. The lowest number has the minimum amount of assist when peddling. The highest number has the most amount of assist when peddling. You only need it on one to get it to move with the twist throttle. But I don’t believe changing any of those numbers affects how fast you can go with the twist throttle. I may be wrong but I don’t think so. It’s a great little bike and I really enjoy mine and I hope you really enjoy yours.

After riding this for a while now I’ve been spoiled and don’t ride my regular bike anymore. It feels slow and boring riding a normal pedal after riding my ebike for a while now.

And three things you need to do:
    Tannus tire liners.
    Extra thick motorcycle tubes.
    Some sort of tire slime.
Do those three things and you won't be stranded in the middle of nowhere pushing a heavy ebike through the woods.
You'll be glad you did it.

To make things easier, take your bike to a store that sells “Totes”. Those plastic heavy duty containers (come with covers, but for our use the cover is unnecessary). Find one that fits your folded bike. You can then load your bike into the tote and put it in your vehicle. I use a single tie down strap to secure the tote to the side of my pickup bed. In my case the bike weighs 75 pounds so I remove the batteries (2) which weigh around 15 pounds, and the seat/seat post (another 4 pounds) then fold the bike and put it into the tote, on its side, then rotate the bike/tote upright and slide the whole thing up behind the cab, than secure the tote with the tie down. Put a blanket over the bike in the tote, sliding it down to prevent the bike parts from rubbing. My truck has a cap that has tinted windows; you can’t see that there is even a bike in there.

Glad you got "religion" and found an e-mtb for hunting. They are great and don't spook big game.
But now you need a REAL e-mountain bike for hunting. I recommend checking out the E-CELLS and particularly their Super Monarch Crown bike. I got mine in matte (flat) black B/C selling a camouflage painted e-mtb would be difficult if I ever wanted to change bikes.

Actual distance varies by use. Throttle drains the battery fast. The more pedal assist you use, the faster you drain the battery. One guy claims he gets 90 miles per charge, but he never uses the throttle and only occasionally uses the lowest pedal assist. It's pretty much like he just uses a 70 pound bicycle.

I've personally dubbed that rifle the T.M.N.T rifle lol, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle rifle. It's something about the camo color scheme setup that just makes me think about the turtles lol. Now I think using an E bike to get from your truck to the stand is great because it is fairly quiet and in another one of your videos about trail cameras you had said in that particular case it would've taken you two hours to get back and forth and thaks to using the E bike it only took you about 5-8mins so that's a win in my book..
Now I was checking out what we would call over glorified golf carts and came across one called the Chang Li Explorer and it's an electric pickup truck and this particular model choice had a dump bed, ac/heat, moon roof with fans, bluetooth and it was shipped to America for $4,800 before import taxes, duty charges and so on of course but it would be awesome for hunting if you weren't trying to climb a mountain lol.. Anyways I thank you for sharing WTW and I'll see you on the next one good sir. 🙏🙏
Maybe go check that out it was called the Chang or Cheng Li Explorer.
Edit: They call it a "Mini Truck" so be sure to add that after the name or you'll get a smart car looking vehicle they sell and that definitely isn't what I'm talking about lol.

I see you have the comfort package on yours. The springy seat post is a dead giveaway.
Mine gets me around just fine, and I'm 300 lbs.
Picked mine up back in November, when they started their Black Friday sale in early November.
Took mine up near the beach along Lake Michigan a few times. It gets pretty squirrely when there's sand on the pavement.
Got mine for an oddball reason. You see, I had a stroke a few years back, which killed my sense of balance. Had to learn how to walk again and such. I tried to do some bicycling, but found I now swerve side to side whenever I pedal, making it hazardous to go on the road or anywhere public. I tried an adult tricycle to see if it would help having 3 wheels. No, same problem, it's the pedaling that does it. So I looked into ebikes, figuring if pedal assist doesn't alleviate the problem, I could at least get away with using the throttle (I bought a cheap mini bike to make sure this would work...). Well, the reduced effort to get it moving with pedal assist works great, and the throttle's always there if I need it.
I can take it anywhere I want in my van, but it's even easier if I fold it. Got an extra battery for mine so I have a range extender.

very good... if you ever find yourself needing more power because you decided to tow a trailer for gear and hauling out game etc just add a bafang BBSHD mid-drive (why bafang? because of the availability of spare parts is huge they're also very low maintenance) it'll work through your bikes gearing thus giving you massive power to haul and climb near anything..... anyway good luck bud.
