I felt, the show host was a little demeaning to the lovely couple living in the apartment. Sentences like...I know bothing about Dombivili, is it upscale, calling their mode of commute ..cattle class. Show some warmth in your use of language. At the end of the day, doesn't matter where one lives as long as it works for the people living there. Home is where the heart is.

When the Mhst Govt treats all who stay away from South Mumbai & people staying in those parts accept it then that's what they are -- cattle class .
Prime example being the high quality & at fast speed coastal road being completed for the convenience of South Mumbai residents . Read the 10 - 12 para wiki data on Phase 1 of coastal road projects thats almost all in South Mumbai ---- the speed, the conveniences & amenities being provided for people & the detailed planning that's going into it is simply amazing.
While Phase 2 has 1 para about Versova link to Kandivali. No promenades, no gardens, no 4- 5 underground parking for some 2000 cars , no 10 - 12 bays for buses so that these don't block main roads ------ nothing mentioned. Maybe not even planned.
What about other suburbs & Northern most parts of Mumbai ? Cattle class . Single Metro work going on for years & badly planned. Pillars of Metro & fly overs create obstructions in traffic flow on main arterial roads.
Thane - Navi Mumbai don't elven have easy access to Airport & long distance Railway Stations . Add to it potholes in roads, traffic congestion , random construction everywhere - blocks of high rises even adjacent to narrow lanes,, parts of certain areas getting flooded every rainy season. . .. the list of problems are plenty. But people are oK with it.

The fact you understand this & have written such a long answer to this, reflects , you are a reasonably intelligent person. There are many people out there sleeping on roads or slums, would you call then cattle class ? We do not have control over where we are born, but we do have control over our choice of words & internal wellbeing , a calm & intelligent person would not use belittling words for others ,a toxic person would .

@@vidzhere5027 Are you saying that peoplev who do not live in & around South Mumbai do not pay taxes?
So its oK for Mhst Govt to treat them as second class citizens & provide them with far lesser & lower quality infra & amenities + slowed down construction of infra that goes on for years ?
Compare the ongoing metro work in Thane & other areas going on endlessly with the far more complex & difficult South Mumbai under sea tunnel that got completed in less than 3 years.

Its not about right or wrong ,its the way things happen. To a mumabikiar - all development around mumbai. To an outsider it can look like , all money is going to mumbai & Gujrat. All I meant to say is, regardless of financial status ,if a person lacks empathy & uses words like cattle to define others, than that person has no class !

    Hey Vishal,
I am a fan. I must say everyone should appreciate the work you are doing where you throw light on the realities of living in the MMR region.
However, I have to say that you do come across as somewhat of a snob when you say things like "This is it!" as your first utterance when you visit a residence. A residence is made of aspirations of young souls! Why put off a huge portion of your viewers with utterances like that? I suspect that you are empathetic and understanding at heart. However, that is not coming out well lately. Please fix it ASAP!
Maybe you can tell us about your childhood, your growing up days: where have they been? What shapes your views about Mumbai living? Maybe that will help viewers empathize with your point of view.
Also, a suggestion: you are very frank and forthright about rents. What about the deposit? Please mention that too. Also, how much would it cost to buy the place outright? How much would the EMI be? For how much tenure? That way, viewers may understand the cost/benefit analysis of buying v/s renting.
And lastly, in the interests of transparency: Does your channel pay tenants showcased on the show? How much is it? I'm guessing a year's rent is fair. If you disclose that, maybe more tenants will reach out to you and together we can understand living in MMR much better.
In any case, clearly, it is much better to have a show like this than not! I do appreciate your work around throwing light and enlightening young souls on the realities and nitty-gritties of Mumbai living. Please keep up the good work but please be more empathetic!

Let me tell u I have to inform them first before leaving cuz I reach thane stn & have to wait for them for atleast 20mins to reach thane stn from their home in thane😂 also when we go to Mumbai…they always cry while during our return journey that we r getting down first (thane) yet u will reach home first!😂 I reach home & they still can’t find auto/bus/struck in traffic/have to bother a fam member to pick them😂 also this couple lives in EAST where mostly stn area is full of commercial complex & main market area they r right they have access to literally everything! When my relative moved from domb to godbunder I almost cried as it took me 40mins from bus to reach their place from thane stn… they had 2 flats here after living there they decided not to sell another one them parents r planning to return here😂
