Have you asked parents that if they need space? Or it’s your assumption. It’s not about taking care of them, it’s about just being with them which matters a lot! Due to medical conditions, yes, you might have to take care of them too but that should not even be a concern for you bcoz it’s so natural to do so..
@@neha_ank ya. Same things will happen to such couples where their kids get married. Even their kids will leave them one day in name of modernity and stupid films of bollywood.
@@ajaychoudhary8361hey bro. Girls want boys to get seprated from parents. So that they can do parties and wear western clothes. That's it. Further today's so called modern girls don't want to give respect to their in laws.
Interesting episode. Host was gutsy to speak his mind. Anchor could have focused more on actual amenities which are available and whether it made financial sense to pay a rent which has increased 15% pa. Also what are the cons to staying in a complex vs a standalone building. The episode focused only on the pros. I feel decision to move out should be personal and not be matter of public debate.
Tenant is Fabtabulous Nice Person. Rent is exorbitant Complete Loot In Mumbai. Apartment is Excellent No doubt The ideal Rent should be 100000 Washroom is Good But the Interior must be top notch if you take 160,000. Simple thing is Pure Speculation and loot in Mumbai Forcing middle class people to pay Higher Rent which is completely Artificial. Actually Rich people(Builders) sucking Money of poor people (Only because of Demand and supply factor which is Not completely Real).
This episode was less about house & more about the tenant reassuring himself, that living by-self is an achievement while that's basic thing to do. The amount of emphasis he was constantly putting on money matters, doing job etc goes onto reflect ,how much controlling & suffocating environment he was coming from.
I have been watching Tenants for quite sometime and had to ask this question. Do people in Mumbai get different salaries than the rest of the country. How can people afford such rents? Like it's insane. How can someone afford to pay like over 70k or 1L per month as rent ? Like how ? Do they have savings at the end of the month ? Do normal people exist in Mumbai ? Where do they live ?
They travel from the end of suburbs or most likely they work in Mumbai and catch local trains towards thane, kalyan et al. All this people paying such high rents are basically either dhandhos or khandani raees. :)
Even if we can afford 1L in rent we invest. These people are rich by birth or may have access to tax free income (iykyk) . Also, in case of business you can write it off as business expense and save on taxes. Or or he may be a CEO of a very big organization and may be earning upwards of 8-10 crores pa.
⚠️🚨Vishal's question, 'Where do Akshay and his wife spend time?' seems harmless, but his follow-ups (WHAT DO YOU GUYS DO HERE!!!!!!) felt overly intrusive. Otherwise too the episode looked more like a home assessment for child/pet adoption or school/daycare inspection! Respect boundaries!.
@yashlahigude2638 I guess u have missed out on the question mark in the end of the sentence. The host and tenant are discussing that tenant used to reside in SoBo and has now shifted to Lower Parel so in a way it appears that they are not considering Lower Parel as SoBo. Your question is exactly what my question is! Do read then react :)
Small kitchen, small room, small bathroom and this man is delusional that he is living a rich life.😂 Only richness is hot, rich and young boys and girls in his apartment and locality. Nothing else.
Once day he will repent and will realise family comes first biggest mistake of his life and wasting his money which he could have saved and bought and bigger house in future and shift there parents
He is not able to put across his thoughts nicely... Could have been more polite while taking about his parents... Can't be saying blunt things about parents
This person is totally living in a bubble. 😂 After marriage, if you suddenly decide to live separate from your mother and father, it's not the husband's decision; it's wife condition.
Why do guys move away from parents when parents need them Due to my worklife i have to stay from my parents i am not married yet but in weekends every weak i travel to my home to see my parents and eat home cooked food
He is spending 160000 for 2 bhk and his house very basic see is curtains his wardrobe instead of that he would have purchase 2 bhk in range of 2 cr and paid emi of that and really something is wrong with his family no parents wife
Kudos to him for taking this decision and speaking about it knowing people will judge. Your freedom and peace of mind is most important.😊
I found it to be bad decision because parents taught u to cross the road now u leave ur parents at such an age all alone
You can always go to them when they need you. 24×7 looking after is not required. I think parents too need their space.

Leaving parents house and stay near 2 -3 km area
one of the best my life decision
5 to 7 kilometers much better and matters
@@AnandRao-ks8go IMO More than 5 km sometime fill lazy to visit them
Such really nice thoughts of this guy...his wife is so lucky
Nice to see a man with a spine!
He’s actually spineless to crib
He has made the correct decision. It is a win win for both the couples.

We also moved out from inlaws home. The rent is nothing when compared to mental peace and freedom
courageous fellow to take decisions and take onus of it..👍

People who pay 1 Lakh rent earm at least 5 lakhs per month.. People who are middle class travel from the far flung suburbs where rents are 20-30k
Looks like the whole reason the tenant did this interview was to explain to his parents indirectly what he could not directly
He’s right that the older generation just wants to save. One should live rich as long as they have decent amount of wealth.
He is an entrepreneur lol. His parents also was rich. Most indians live in same house cuz they earn less.
Vishal's surprised look when he was welcomed in the the home 😂

Good decisions, practical guy.
Rs 1,60,000 per month for a bird cage
Unfortunately in mumbai its not about the house but its about the location. One pays for the location.
But other areas u hardly have any income😂
One day even his kids will leave him. Only then will he realize his folly.
Amazing thought Akshay
The last handshake was too long... Could see the awkwardness in the hosts' eyes
Nothing adds above Parents ,when they are gone then its a reality check .
Time doesn't Hault .
Hope his parents doesnt see this
We have seen it beta 😢
Those are some scary ass hypnotic eyes
“Kitchen is a place for cooking “ 🙄 🤷🏻♂️

Kudos to the tenant.
u r absolutely right
lol Manhattan of India 😂😂
interesting tenant ...who focusses on his priority ; interiors could hv been better - mostly plastic & lams /ply maybe thts the priority !
Lower Parel is not SoBo? 2:26 😮
Then what is SOBO? Please explain.
@yashlahigude2638 I guess u have missed out on the question mark in the end of the sentence. Why 99 acres is supporting this partition from family thing
Lower Parel is also South Bombay 😅
You will realise the value of family when your wife will leave all of a sudden
Experienced?
The comment section is completely divided😝

Exactly! Loot at his eyes so much Kaajal Maskara he put on his eyes

He is sex addicted and selfish in nature , left his parents alone, shame on such people , parents have certain expectations from grown up kids
From 20 min video you figured out his whole life you idiot 😂
Are you his parent's🤨🤨😜, secretly watching this?

Looking at so much Kaajal/ Maskara that he has put on his eyes giving touchy touchy vibes. Thats why interviewer came in home just very reserved.
