  • Removing the trashed engine in my sled. It's a relaxing, easy project to do. I missed the two-stroke simplicity.

Can you tell I haven't filmed a video in a while? I tried to cut the rambling but that's my default. Hah, let me know your thoughts in the comments!

leave plugs in to prevent anything from falling in there and plug all exhaust and intake ports just blue paper towel works awesome stops small particals from entering the motor.

At 10:16 there is a small 90 degree oil port for the water pump, what is the port that is slightly larger to the right (mag side)?

Hey I'm seeing that this video on that these comments are a little bit older but I'm wondering if anybody can help me out I took the top half of the motor out with the cylinders and I was trying to get some of the antifreeze out without draining it and it was using an air hose and it was my first time ever taking an engine apart so I didn't do my research very well. But I'm pretty sure I got antifreeze splashdown into the crank area at the bottom of the Rod's. Do I need to drain it or pull the motor out and get all the antifreeze out of the bottom end of the motor. I would assume so I've always heard that liquid in the motor is not good I'm not sure how much is in there

Getting plastics all off is a pain in the ass. No more lift the cowl on sleds anymore.
Geeze, even changing plugs are a pain in the ass on these newer machines.

Get into a skidoo yet? Lol. Not knocking polaris. They have some sick machines thesedays. Just seems no matter how new of a sled your into , you still have to do work on em. Always something after a weekend of ripping. Cheers

Awh man you did a whole bunch of unnecessary steps you don’t need to remove tank or air box but to make life easier pull the jack shaft and jack shaft support.
