A great tip when cutting all of those circle dies together is to cut it first from a thin piece of copy paper and leave those negative copy paper intact on the sticky parts and then cut your cardstock. Then your actual cardstock pieces will just fall out instead of being stuck to your mint tape. Saved me such a headache. Another tip to keep all of those circles in the same spot (if you will be cutting multiple times) is to line them up on a piece of press n seal, run them through first on thin copy paper(the thin copy paper will stick to everything sticky) and then you can cut many many times without loosing the circle placements. I did this trick up to 12-14 passes through my die cut machine and my circle dies never lost their original position, and my circle die cuts just fell right out without any problems.
I always struggled previously with them moving about, if i spent time stacking dies i want to run them through a few times, was quite proud of myself for thinking of this
Sasha, I know I haven't commented for quite awhile but please know I usually always watch AND Like your Videos. But today you Knocked my socks OFF!! What a GREAT IDEA!!! Thank you so much & now I need to figure out if I have any of this type of dies that might work for ME!! 😉🙃😆
This is the first time I’m here and I really enjoyed your project. I just have to figure out how to slow things down. Your enthusiasm is evident. I’ll be back!
Such great ideas that stretch what I already have in my stash. Thank you for collaborating with Ardyth - hope you do another collaboration very soon! Love your cards - they are amazing!!
Awesome cards! I like how you made your circles. Often we forget to use our most basic dies and all the things we can do with them. My favorite was your two for one butterfly inlay cards, although, they are all really great cards! I enjoy watching your TH-cam videos. ❤
I would never have thought to use one of those cover plate pattern dies on a die cut sentiment! I can feel all kinds of ideas sparking in my brain. Btw the Hero Arts nesting dies are still available - a great staple. I just bought some of them yesterday - stars, hearts, and hexagons to go with the ovals I already have.
Wow.... I mean..... Wow! What else can I say. Your cards and this technique are just Amazing! YOU are Amazing Sasha! 😊 Thank you so much for all of the Fantastic ideas, once again. 🤗 Have a Blessed Day Sweet Friend
Wow! Cool. That’s a lot of lovely cards!! 🥰 [edited because when I saw your reply, I realized my sentence wasn’t complete! I somehow omitted the “a” and “lovely.”]
Love, love mint tape. I have several rolls in several sizes because all the other low tack tapes just don't compare. Great ideas! A bit labor intensive if you were only making one card BUT you got so many cards out of your efforts. So sorry about your die cutting machine. I haven't broken a handle but my largest machine (Big Shot Pro) did develop a "soft" spot in the roller so I always had to use a shim or two for delicate die cutting. I got a Switch so I don't have that problem anymore but continue to use the large one for my humongous steel rule dies (one is 12x12). Yes, I still use them!
Yes i LOVE the mint tape and i love that it comes in so many sizes as well. And it seems to last ages as well which makes it such good value for money. Thank you so much for watching and taking time to leave an awesome message
yep, i think from what i could see North America is the only place with different paper sizes. I always work with A4 and often dont give measurements- unless it's a square or unique card and just say use your standard card base
hi if you can get a e mail addres for you big shot you can drop them a mesage about your handel mine went the same way and i bout a new shaft for it took my big shot apart and replased it my self easy hope this helps x

Great tip! 👍
Clever idea to use the packaging tape to stabilize the dies!!! Thnx for the scoop!
I always struggled previously with them moving about, if i spent time stacking dies i want to run them through a few times, was quite proud of myself for thinking of this
I agree with the previous comment, WOW! Such an assortment from all those ideas. Wonderful. Thank you.

Invest in the Spellbinder Platinum 6. I have it and its an excellent die cut machine.
I love. your homemade picker tool and that sharp pick. Where did you get the material that lifts up the die cuts?
You call it a chopstick with glue tack? Love it.
😎
Im watched lots of your videos today . One video you sound more englis than normal. About 4 years ago when it was hot . Which part of uk are you? X
Thank u
Thank you for watching

Thank you
❤️❤️❤️
8:32 the word Groovy would be kool for this technique
9:31 im not a butterfly girl but the blk and foil design I like
Thank u so much…i live in Australia, and like in the UK, use A4. It is so difficult with most TH-camrs only catering for US/Canadian audiences
yep, i think from what i could see North America is the only place with different paper sizes. I always work with A4 and often dont give measurements- unless it's a square or unique card and just say use your standard card base
❤🎉😊
If tgats a big shot just email them. They send out a new handle and instructions. Free
I’m in New Zealand and I find the same. All my American background does are to big for our card
I don’t have the cardstock problem but my issues arise from trying to use dies in inches and dies in centimeters together.
My handle has broken too!
hi if you can get a e mail addres for you big shot you can drop them a mesage about your handel mine went the same way and i bout a new shaft for it took my big shot apart and replased it my self easy hope this helps x
