I love this Floorplan. I would use the man cave as a craft room. I normally wouldn't leave a comment, but I couldn't resist his charm. The house was charming too
here it Pgh, it is normal to have a half bath in the laundry area, it is often refered to as a Pgh Bath, because in the past when the husband came home from the mill or coal mine, he would strip, shower and then come up to the living space so that his dirty clothes were always left in the laundry room (basement).
Imo, that's a must have so close to the back door. Very nicely laid out. Kitchen is very charming and that study nook is perfect. The man cave would make a great studio for my man.
I love this one. The entry is very appealing since I hate having to see the kitchen when I walk in the front door. The man cave is ideal for my husband and I really appreciate the half bath in the laundry room. There appears to be room for an upright freezer in the area by the back door too, so that's a big plus for me. Thanks for sharing this one Chance. It's one I would love to own.
Beautiful home! I love love LOVE the fact that there is a bit of a foyer at the front door! I also love the office space. I don't like that there isn't a pantry. I don't need 3 bedrooms so I'd turn that first bedroom into pantry space. Line the walls with shelves and leave space for an upright freezer. The man space would be the perfect sewing room. Other than those simple changes this place is perfect!

Overall nice home. The man cave would make a good play area for younger children or a game room/den for a family with older children. The study doesn't seem like a quiet place for "studying". I'd prefer to see that space used partly as a coat closet and a pantry space with a door in the kitchen.
As a Pastor, my father would LOVE that Study! People could come in and meet with him and not bother the rest of the house. Would work great as any kind of home office or Work at Home area where foot traffic may be included (Counseling, Psychiatry, Decorator Designer, Artist, Piano Teacher, Writer, etc). That's a beautiful flexible space!
There are things I LOVE about this floor plan and there are things that I do not care for...here they are The entry in beautiful, gives it a "stick built" vibe, same with the ceilings and siding, top notch details. The microwave is in the worst possible spot in a kitchen, low and in the way of high traffic area, the stove. The master bath floor plan on the wall is different then the toured one, which is no biggie, just thought I'd mention it. I would only change the location of the microwave and this, to me, would be a "Dream Home Floor Plan". Thanks for the fun tour!!!!
This home is definitely unique and I love it. It can be used in many different ways; such as, for two families, an in law, for a disabled person due to the main bathroom. It would work so nicely for my family. Truly love this home!

Hi Chance, I’ve got to say I like this layout, I like how it doesn’t matter if you enter from the front or the back door your not straight in the lounge, I like the big kitchen and it’s position it doesn’t dominate the open area of the home, this floor plan just seems to flow nicely throughout the home, well impressed me duck (I’m from the UK)

Like the entry, the curves and giant kitchen window. Not much for multilevel counters or drop in sinks. Ceiling beams in neutral color great! Can lights in bedrooms instead of boob lights - nice! Like the man cave but not when it's next to the master. It could be loud if people are gaming while you're trying to rest. This is really nice. Love all the counter space in kitchen. I'd go solid surface in shower - as little grout as possible! Keep 'em comin' Chance!

I would love the once-per-week video deep-diving into the particulars of that weeks homes, including states/regions where the homes are available, pricing differences for the upgrades seen on the tours, and perhaps even going into the the other options available for the homes (e.g. different layouts/floor plans for each model, etc.).

Also, the different levels of countertop near the sink would be an issue with water setting in the crack, I would think. I always think about mold potential…. Love the bonus space, er, man cave.
