Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I like the home; the floor plan is convenient for my lifestyle. I'd use one bedroom as an office or hobby room because it's only me now. The kitchen is larger than I need, it certainly has room for the air fryer, rice cooker and coffee maker, glad it has a double sink since I wash dishes by hand and don't need a dishwasher. The windows make it bright and airy so I could see myself having morning coffee there. I like the colors and finishings they chose, and the front porch is a nice place for a chair and small side table. Overall, a pleasant home for one to three people I think.
the design can take a few adjustments like the MB put the toilet behind the shower and have the walk in closet accessible from the bedroom instead of the bath; also put a built in hutch in the dining room where the washer and dryer are then place the laundry room off the kitchen in a mud room/laundry room with shelving a sink plus place for an ironing board etc. that would flow better effectively.
I like it. The living room and kitchen and dining room taking most of the space is great. As for the actual living life it’s perfect for small family or retired people with occasional visits from grandkids. Love the colors, it all flows so smoothly. I absolutely love this model. It’s perfect for a small family. The only thing i would change is the appliances from electric to gas and put a double door fridge. I love the colors.

I looked at a similar floor plan before I bought. Off center television placement was a deal breaker for me. The entrance to the hall with bedrooms two and three is the optimal place for the flat screen. That's just me and this is a beautiful home. Excellent tour, as always, and Happy New Year!
This is a really cute home some of the layout is a little odd but I think this would be great for a retired couple or newlyweds space wise I don't think it'd be great For a family Merry Christmas to you and Raiden Nate and happy New Year
Frankly, on the slightly smaller double wides, I like the washer and dryer in a closet which gives more space for the rest of the home. And I hope you can get a dishwasher, too. 😊
I have used the dining room table to fold laundry since it is a closet close to the table. All those white shelves all over the house would be painted orange.
Where's a large TV go? It doesn't have its own wall. Needs granite countertops. Too narrow. Small cabinets. Don't like the toilet location in the master. The closet should come first. Decent for single eldery.
It has potential....i just dont understand why these manufacturers are so stingy on bedroom size? If it's a 3 bedroom (or more), the 3rd bedroom is never a bedroom size. At best, it's an office, unkess you have an infant, toddler or said really young kids. My bedroom is a haven for me. I want it to be a woman's cave. Lol....except just a bedroom....no other rooms. I need space for animals, art.....
I don't really care for it. Really choppy and the bedrooms are narrow. It is tacky having the laundry in the dining room. I like the layout of the kitchen, but it is narrow. Overall I think it is poorly arranged.
