You gotta go to one of their shows if you haven't evan as a musician it was a game changer when i felt really down about a lot of stuff it was such a reguvinating experience and only solidified my love for guitar and the kind of musicianship that goes into such an amazing live performance. Even though I doubt that anyone I’m Animals As Leaders will see this comment, I just want to say that you guys helped me through a panic I had involving my PTSD, so thank you. In a way Tosin’s solo felt like me calming down and finally realizing that my struggles don’t define me. Saw these guys last night at the Leader Pavilion. They were the opening act before Devon Townsend and Dream Theatre. For me, this song was the singular highlight of the night. Spectacular in conception and execution. Spellbinding. Can I have another adjective?? Just listen.

      Clearly it's not Tosin then because that's not an acoustic.

      It's a hollowbody with nylon strings and a piezo pickup. It's pretty acoustic.

      Rufus Stanier It has no sound box and no steel strings. Literally the two defining characteristics of an acoustic guitar.

      Sorry I thought you meant acoustic/classical. It is technically an acoustic instrument. Thanks for educating me :)

    The camera man didn't even catch that fast guitar switch at 5:55 . I feel like they're on a higher level of dedication to their passion than most of the people, and way too underrated.

    One of their best, and I hope they focus more on the gentler side of their music in the future. Stunningly beautiful. The only redeeming feature of the more djenty sections is the contrast they create to the rest of the song.

      @holliswilliams8426 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    As much as I love this band, I would love to see them grab an actual bass player that's equally as good as they are. I feel like it would add another dimension to their songs and since they already play all the dimensions, it might be even more of a mind fuck lol

    Javier’s tones are incredible. Does anybody know what he’s using? is that Axe effects or his amp or something?? Or is it dominantly his guitar? I’m still learning how artists get their tones. Thanks in advance!! Freaking love this band!!!!

    • @uhh4312

      if you compare amp and guitar the tone is 90% on your amp but better guitar is more comfortable to play
