That was so inspirational to watch! Henne’s joy is just bubbling out of her. I loved how she said don’t think about why you have to do everything. Just do it! I have found that I view some things as a chore and I’m sure that is hindering my recovery.

@CFS Health Another great video. Toby can you please do a video on ladies who are perimenopaual and going through the menopause. How this can impact ME/CFS. And aggravate your symptoms. I am currently suffering badly due to this.

Some days can be harder than others and today my legs are feeling kind of heavy but my spirit is not broken listening to Christmas music dancing a little bit just making sure to take care of the energy and making myself aware

Love this - and just what I needed today in my quest to have my body become more lively and happy in its support of me, and that means changing my mind - how I look at life. Can't wait to start the programme once my hip is reconstructed. Yeaah!

Thanks for sharing Hanne. Very happy for you!
For nine and half years, I've been grappling with ME/CFS. However, within the last week, I suddenly have near-crippling fibromyalgia.
    - I'd always thought my self fortunate to NOT have that condition. -
So when I heard you say that you were able to lower your pain medication, my ears perked.
Did you have fibro as well, and if you did, has that gone away too?

      Hi!
At my worst I had muscle pain and joint pain, yes. And nerve pain, as well as migraines. In 2020 I got diagnosed with the auto immune disease “Hashimoto’s” too. It’s all gone now. I’ve stopped taking pain killers or any other kind of medication (or supplements). I wish you all the best and good luck on your journey to recovery 🥰
