    ok pointers for whoever is watching this your going too need
    1/4 inch (wobble)extensions of all different sizes especially long extensions
    10mm 1/4 socket
    15mm 3/8 socket for alternator a flex head ratchet is highly recommended
    a bend needle nose pliers with a slightly angled degree (not required but greatly helps with taking the electronics off via molex connectors)
    flat head screwdriver or prybar to (very carefully pry the valve cover)
    you cannot use a 3/8s extension to unloosen the bolts in the middle of the intake it must be 1/4s

    Are bolts the only thing holding it in place? I have loosened every single one and it won’t move

    I may have to do this job, I’ve exhausted all my other options and nothing has worked out. Swap plugs, ignition coil and fuel filter.

    Very good video, you think the harness should be replaced. 10 years 150k miles, I'm going to test my alternator to see if it is in good condition.

    If you add a PVC valve with a new vac line on it you will never have to redo nor worry about oil again. I done this and it stop the factory EPA PVC from letting oil into the intake

      Man your not the only one. I have been trying to get this mofo for 4 days now.
      I'm so fukn sick of taking off more and more things. And moving more things and loosing more things.
      Just to find out it's not that easy to do these things on the video. Matter of fact if it weren't for the tool arsenal I had this job would have been next to impossible .

      @adamdport 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm thinking of taking on the starter. How much is left to remove the intake manifold?

    • @THETRUTHb4u
      @THETRUTHb4u 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I need help please. I think I'm missing a bolt or 2 on intake manifold. Wherr the oil limes are freed up. Then what plate where? I SEEN YOURZ. but where did it come from..don't just point at it tell me where.
      OK EDIT:
      Finally got the plate moved over and then used a 1/4 deep socket to access the two wayyyy up there.
      You know the more I do this the more I think they did not need half this crap. And they did not need to put half this crap where they did.
