A tip when drilling into tiles is to put masking tape over the area (trace your markings through onto this). The drill bit then had something to grip to, and won’t skid and scratch up your tile surface.

What a gorgeous job. The tiles are stunning and I love the black accents. I wasn't sure about the Egyptian cotton paint but it complements it beautifully. You have a very good eye! Well done!

Nicely done
Good job! I always attach a wooden batten to the wall or use the adjustable battens by Vitrex when starting the first row of tiles. Helps stops them slipping

Wonderful job, I admire your tenacity! I'm no tiler but I believe you put up a wood batten across the wall and start tiling the 2nd row and then as you did, tile upwards to the ceiling. The batten takes the weight of the first row of tiles while they set. Then remove the batten and tile the first row.

Wow! That's amazing! Well done for pushing through! If you want to expand your portfolio, you can always help my parents out and do their bathroom... or their living room, or 2 of their bedrooms need re flooring/carpeting. They just moved into a new house and it needs a lot of work but my dad is so not a DIY person so it's going VERY slow 😒

Which dremel did you buy and did you buy any special attachments? I bought a dremel to do my tiles and I’m not seeming to have any luck 😅
