- My first international solo trip! I am so excited to share this journey with you all. Traveling to Cuba was the perfect way to end my year and for the black girl luxury I plan to embark on in this new year.

A lady after my own ❤. Traveling to Qba as your first international trip was a great way to dip your toes in. Matter of fact you jumped right in. Seems like you had a great experience. Thank you. With the whatsup app, did you have to use a cuban sim card to use your phone? Did the locals prefer USD or CUP? I hear they love US $.
I had to connect to WiFi which was very hard 😩 but they prefer USD since it’s worth more

Great vid and I definitely have to travel! I have a trip in the works to Santorini, but I really don’t want to experience that alone😩😩 but it is what it is.
I really enjoyed my own company and kept myself busy with tours so I never felt alone. Trust me once you get there you will be so happy you went you will forget you are alone.
@@thatssojayah6886 that’s truly understandable, but I believe what really gets me is being so stuck in my PreMed Program and working as a paramedic that I really don’t get to travel with family or friends. Not to make it sound depressing or anything, nevertheless, I be waiting for the turnt up nights and living life like I’m in BMF with the crew! lol. But I would say allowing a significant other or friend to travel with me would be dope, since I’ve been single since 2016. And South Carolina is a hit or miss state when it comes to quality Friendships and relationships for me. lol

Hotel Inglaterra is the place...Around 30-40 meters from the Great Opera and Ballet Theather and the Cuban Capitol (A USA Capitol look a like,).Hope this onfo it could be still useful.
The prices are throwing me off. Super confusing. How does a meal over 2,000 cuban pesos equal to $13?! Halllp!
