I was the first customer when they reopened last November and I looved my vacations. As much that I'm coming back in two weeks. That hotel is just amazing. As a gay guy, no one will ever judge you or make you feel uncomfortable you feel like home. Thank you for the nice video they improved a lot of things since my last trip.

Really you think u went to Cuba ? Cuba is not resort and hotels and beaches , cuba is Havana old chevy cars , that’s not Cuba u were in a resort !!

1. No, I didn’t pay for the room upgrade. That was my initial room
2. The hotel was not too busy
3. The nightlife was super fun. They had different experiences every night. As you can tell, I’m not really a night life person but I went to one of the events which was karaoke and I enjoyed myself.
4. I typically don’t vlog around people, I don’t want to invade anyone’s privacy. People were around and you can tell especially during dinner and lunch
5. Pilar beach is a must 😻, it doesn’t come with your package because you go there by yourself
6. Yes, the wifi works better in my room (near the balcony), downstairs lobby and late at night .

Hey question, when you booked your vacation did you do a package and if so which company did you use?
Yes it was a package (everything was included-flights, food, drinks, visa , airport transport, etc)
I booked with Sunwing.
