Been to Cuba about 7 times, Havana a few times, but the hidden gem city is Santiago de Cube, birth place of Bacardi, Cubaton, Cuba rap. Different lifestyle and many afro cubans

@@Tono.W.Herrera Planning on visiting Cuba with a group of friends from Africa. Was actually wondering what city you would see most Afro Cubans. Is travelling between cities easy. Do you have to use taxis , Uber or there is relatively good public transportation.

The lack of real opportunities for folks like the young sportswoman in this video is really heart-rendering, including many of the other videos of other parts of the world, so much poverty, so much deprivation, so much misery. I really wish I could do something to help these folks like the volleyball star in this video, like sponsor her to get into some school here in the US and get a sports scholarship. Czech can you do something about this?
This video reminds me of when I used to travel to Jamaica with my family several times a year. The children loved it. Especially, chasing the baby animal and waking up early to go out with their grandfather to feed the animals. They are all professionals now and give back to Jamaica in many ways. Bless up to you and your family.

I know that area also near “YARA “ !!! I remember Copelia and right down that street was my Apartment in Vedado !!!! ….. tried the ice cream there and there was also a local Gelato spot that was even more incredible near my apartment . I just can’t remember the name of the spot . ♥️✨

Been To La Habana many Times and Most time Great! About Everyday is a Hustle/Struggle(same for a lot of places) for a lot of People. The Friendliest People especially away from Bigger Cities. Strangers will try and Help find an Address, Place for food, etc..without any ill intentions, for most part. Really Helps if you have an understanding of the Language. Been to the Movie Theatre also. Across the Street is Habana Libre Hotel, Formerly Hilton Hotel.

Wow that nice 58 Oldsmobile! Sounds like he conserved the original V8, must of those cars in Cuba have diferent engines, allmost Perkins Diesel or russian stuff. Cool video, love those old american cars, here in Sweden there are a lot of them in perfect conditions. I had long time ago a 64 Bonneville, miss that car so much.
They got me. I bought a Card that was used already and didn’t know I needed to check it. The guys that was selling it disappeared from their original location. The next day we just got a Tour Guide to help us the rest of the trip.

Hit La Bodeguita del Medio and check out the old castle at 9pm they fire the old Spanish cannon. If you have time check out VARADERO beach. There is nothing like it in the Caribbean.
