I finally made ittt!!!
This trip for me was truly beautiful!
I spent 6 days solo traveling Cuba!
Not only was Cuba the first Country I’ve traveled to as a solo traveler, but a country I’ve been feeling called to visit since I was a child.
I got to experience a lot of the REAL Cuba. Some experiences were so real, I didn’t care to pull my phone out. You’ll have to trust me when I say, the rawness of their reality is so beautiful and life changing. I Admire the resilience of the Cuban people! I look forward to sharing more of my Experience in future videos , short clips and pictures.
One part I didnt share much was the way in which I gave back to the Cuban people! Be on the look out for a follow up video soon! I’ll let you know how you can help if you’re visiting soon or want to donate to what I will take on my next trip back to Cuba.

So different from when I went before Covid and the restrictions tightened up. My plane from FLL was packed and the Cubans were so happy to go back home to Cuba. They were singing and partying. It was a vibe. Yadiel ❤ What a beautiful experience you had. ❤

This was so good for me to watch! I am traveling there soon and this really puts me at ease. The guys that you partied with in Varadero, were they random or did you book them as a guide?
Random but they are guided and would be more than happy to show you around ! Jorge is a fitness dance instructor on the beach for a hotel and Yadrian does a little bit of everything !

I'm going on Friday. Second solo to Havana, 4 time to Havana and 12th time to Cuba. I will be more cautious than before which was cautious. Will be saving money with peanut butter and such. I know a great place called La Algarabia. Best place.
Where did you stay?
Safety is a must! I’m not sure what safety advisory they have right now, I believe it was orange when I visited. And I hope you Enjoyyyy

It’s better to get it at the airport before you arrive to Havana OR get it online. It usually comes within a week !

Great vlog how/where did you exchange your money?
So I exchanged with my Airbnb host and my tour guide. I confirmed prior to that my Airbnb could and the rate and compared to others. It was mainly around 180-190 but may have changed
How did you book your vinales cigar/cave tour? How far is it from havana. Is this a day trip? How much was it per person. Thank you for the wonderful video.
So I personally booked through @thecubanplug for the experience because ultimately I was alone. Luckily the group was happy to have me lol. I think it was about $150USD . Airbnb’s usually will have a book/list of excursions and so you can book with them and usually they schedule your driver.
How far: I’d like to say about an hour

The one thing i didn’t do. I didn’t have my luggage for a day so I actually had to wear what I put in Carry-on for a bit lol
