I just realized because there’s always another video introduced at the end I missed out on “liking” so many of your videos! I went back and liked them all, but maybe the ratio of likes to subscribers maybe increased if you remind people to like the video before moving along? …or something like that. I do love how easy it is to be able to click and carry on too

What type of greens do you suggest for garnishing this dish? Great videos !
I used snow pea shoots on the pear amuse bouche, microgreens would be perfect or even a small herb leaf like parsley.
