Unfortunately, you have not really researched this to a sufficient level to make informed comments on the stadium situation. Look again at the licence situation under which OUFC play at the Kassam. It's not a lease, it does expire in 2026. The 4th stand could, and should have been constructed by the owner of the stadium, Kassam. He failed to do so and went as far as denying the club a previous application for a temporary 4th stand. OUFC have never owned the stadium, it will never be their decision that matters in deciding upon a 4th stand. The Capacity of the ground is not 12,500. Due to required segregation and the design flaws of the North Stand, the capacity is limited to a much lower figure.
Very poor.
I'd rather just not bother with a temporary 4th stand and focus on getting a new ground for 2026

I think they should build a temporary one of 2,500 or 4,000 similar to what Wrexham have done.

Kassam is soulless inside, all cinder blocks outside the main stand. I cannot wait to leave in 2026, the only hurdle is the council's approval.
Can't wait to leave the kassam either it's souless and at times in terms of atmosphere there's often a lot left to be desired I think in a new ground we own that won't be such a case and it will be full of life

Educated yourself, we don't own the place, it's not ours,we pay extortionate rent to play there,hence why we are moving and building a new one which will be ours

It's not possible to build a temporary stand Kasam will not allow permission for it to be built. They tried a couple of times in the past.
it was the council who said no Kassam said yes to it i would love to blame kassam but i can't on this one the council said no because there was no where else to park
The council gave planning permission for a temporary stand in 2016 but Mr Kassam wanted all the money from ticket sales so was not worth doing for the club it was Kassam that stopped it from happening and it maybe him that stops it this time.

We should buy the whole Kassam stadium complex instead of this daft idea for a new stadium in the middle of nowhere,it is situated in the middle of potential 20000 customers within walking distance,the new plot is too small and the cost would be too great....get into a disscussion with the owner and make him an offer .
