Salt - 1 Tsp
Water - 1/4 cup
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2-3 Tbsp
Green Ginger Chutney
Ginger - few pieces
Tamarind - a little bit
Bengal Gram - 1 Tsp
Urad Dal - 1 Tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 Tsp
Fenugreek Seeds - 1/8 Tsp
Green Chilies - 6-8 (based on spice level)
Curry Leaves - 15-20
Mint Leaves - a few leaves
Garlic - 4-5
Salt - 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Coriander Leaves - little bunch
Jaggery - 1 Tbsp
Water - enough to get desired consistency while grinding
Red Chili Chutney
Oil - 1-2 Tbsp
Garlic - 3-5
Bengal Gram - 1 Tsp
Urad Daal - 1 Tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 Tsp
Hing - few puffs
Curry Leaves - 10-15
Sesame Seeds - 2 Tsps
Water - 1/2 Glass (Once the heat is turned off)
Salt - 1 Tsp (adjust to taste)
Red Chili Powder - 1 Tsp (adjust to required spice level)
Onion - 1 medium (chopped into small pieces)
Fenugreek Powder - 1/2-1/4 Tsp
