Ingredients:
Pappu Bobbatlu
Jaggery/బెల్లం - 200 grams
Water/నీళ్లు - 50 ml
Bengal Gram (soaked and pressure cooked)/పచ్చి శనగ పప్పు (నానపెట్టి ఉడికించాలి) - 350 grams
Cardamom Powder/ఇలాచీ పొడి - 1/2 tsp
Ravva Bobbatlu Filling
Ghee/నెయ్యి - 2-3 Tbsp
Semolina flour/రవ్వ - 1 cup
Water/నీళ్లు - 2.5 cups (2.5 cups water for 1 cup flour)
Sugar/చెక్కెర - 1.5 cup (1.5 cups sugar for 1 cup water)
Ghee/నెయ్యి - 1 Tbsp
Cardamom Powder/ఇలాచీ పొడి - 1 tsp
Puri Dough
All purpose flour/మైదా - 2 glasses
Water//నీళ్లు - 1 glass
Ghee/నెయ్యి - a little (adjust to taste)

శైల గారు బొబ్బట్లు చాలా fast గా easy గా
చేశారు. మేము కూడా బాగా చేసుకుంటాము . మేము ఓళిగలు ఉంటాము. మైదా కు బదులు గా పేణీ
రవ్వ వాడతాము. ఓళిగ రవ్వ అని కూడా అంటారు. కాకపోతే పూర్ణము చాలా మెత్తగా గ్రైండ్ చేసుకోవాలి. Dry fruits వెయ్యము.
కర్నూలు, అనంతపురం జిల్లా లోఈ రవ్వ దొరుకుతుంది. చాలా పెద్ద సైజు పల్చగా చేసుకో వచ్చు. చిలగడ దుంప బెల్లం తో కూడా బావుంటాయి. ట్రై చేసి చూడండి.
మీ kitchen చాలా బావుంది. పచ్చళ్ళు super. చాలా బాగా మాట్లాడుతున్నారు.
