That’s completely normal. Why on earth would they not have a mortgage. Who is paying that much money for a property. You realize Drake also has a mortgage. They are rich that doesn’t mean they don’t have to be smart about their money.
It makes sense. They are billionaires who can live wherever they want. What if they get bored of the house? Maybe they rather move after only putting 20 million into into it then drop a flat out 88 million. Selling a house at that price might be hard for anybody. Who think with all the businesses they have, they gonna cry about missing out on a little equity?
