A person with a net worth of $150million doesn't buy/build a house that is worth 2/3's his net worth and they certainly don't buy a plane (a depreciating asset) that cost $185million, $35million beyond his net worth. Dan Bilzerian is another wannabe-billionaire. He uses money from his company to finance his multi-million lifestyle. A company that happens to owe millions to investors, so he is screwed.
Owning a $100M jet, $100m mansion, and $200m yacht is not cheap. Typically only billionaires like Jeff Bezos or Elon Musk straight-up own those things. Most millionaire celebrities cannot afford it due to insurance, maintenance, and other upfront costs like staff salaries. So they lease or rent by the day for publicity purposes. The only celebrities I know that own their own private jet are Tom Cruise, Tiger Woods, and Jay-Z but those guys have been around since the 90s and are very well-established and will be for the foreseen future.

Having a nice mansion would be amazing but I just can't see myself ever continuing to WANT after getting something this extravagant. Like buying all of those cars he'll probably never drive just to have them. It must be you get so rich that you literally get bored everyday if you don't make some insane purchase that you never get to truly enjoy what you currently have. Never ending chase. I would be satisfied with a nice home, maybe 2-3 nice cars, and just enjoying the company of family & friends sharing it with me. I'd help them out and buy them homes as well.
