I’m still relatively new to F1, so I was shocked to learn that Seb Vettel, the darling of the fan base, the driver that just oozes character and positivity, was once hated by everyone. Seb will always be one of my favourites, fast and funny, caring and wholesome, shame he has so specific needs to perform at his best. When he’s at his best though, literally unbeatable, Aston Martin just needs to give him everything he needs.

Nine consecutive wins in 2013. He was a total beast in that season.
I just wanna here those words again.. 'Sebastian vettel you are the world champion, the world champion, you are the man' 🤞💯
Vettel. The Ultimate. Just his name alone stokes an image in my head of that RB6 flying by at over 150 km/h. A modern legend, who doesn't get quite enough credit now for his driving because of how he's been relegated to the midfield. The skill is still there today, he is still an incredible driver. He just needs some motivation!
why was he relegated to the midfield. Oh yeah, because he got destroyed by leclerc, and leclerc isn't even the best f1 has to offer considering that we have verstappen and hamilton.
@@kaustavkapur5532 Mate, Vettel finished 24 points behind Leclerc with 2 DNFs (both podium finishes) in 2019, and was fired even before the 2020 season started. That’s not ‘destroying’. Destroying is what Max has been doing to his teammates.

What about the 9 race victories in a row at the end of 2013? Sure, that RedBull was unstoppable that year, but to do it NINE times is insane.
It was Sebastian who was unstroppable - not the Red Bull. Webber has won no races and Finished P3 in the WDC 200 points adrift.

Abu Dhabi 2021 was nowhere near his greatest win, he didn’t even deserve to win that race. (But he still deserved the title). I’d put both Austria races and COTA 2021 as more impressive performances, either untouchable or drove brilliantly to pip the win off his rivals. Abu Dhabi 2020 and of course the magic of Spain 2016, are great shouts too.

I’m still relatively new to F1, so I was shocked to learn that Seb Vettel, the darling of the fan base, the driver that just oozes character and positivity, was once hated by everyone. Not even Lewis gets booed on the podium or during a drivers parade. If Lewis were to drop back and become an occasional race winner, I’d imagine he’d be much more loved than he is now. Seb will always be one of my favourites, fast and funny, caring and wholesome, shame he has so specific needs to perform at his best. When he’s at his best though, literally unbeatable, Aston Martin just needs to give him everything he needs.
