Nice cake We dont get mascorpone cheese easily,if we do,its three times the cost of the cake.Can you please suggest alternate,no gelatin please, How much dry milk powder per 100 ml of whipping Cream ??

If you use alcohol you will want kirschewasser not bourbon.
