Are you able to get to 200% speed while crouching using this setup potentially? I like the idea of using the Wild Hunt Ring while stealing but I am unsure if its worth trading it out for the cowl if I cant reach movement cap.
Yeah, nothing at all against this video, but I clicked to see it in action because I don't get the excitement about this at all. I run Khajiit + Adept Rider + Darloc + 3 pc Night Terror + Wild Hunt + relevant CP: it's fast and practically invisible (literally, can be an inch in front of NPCs unseen). For unnecessarily-extra invisibility I can swap to a similar build with NME instead of AR; I use that for stuff like sneak-running through dungeons solo. For the rare handful of times I get caught, I already have Stealth draughts and hundreds of Pardon Edicts. IMO, all of that is pretty accessible. I don't see how the cowl would help at all, it'd just be slower.
@@Moon-Reacher That's cos you're looking at things too black and white. The headgear adds a "fun" element to the build. Not everything is about numbers and optimum
@@plainluke722 Idk, with ESO it seems people are quick to assume min-maxing regarding anything like this. I'm not, I just personally don't see this as being more fun than the setup I mentioned. Seeing through walls won't add much to the experience, so I wonder what I was missing, if anything. Maybe it's a nostalgia/RP thing.

Thank you for the updated Cloak and Dagger build, Arzyel😀
You are welcome :) Have fun!

It doesn't reach 200% but it can get near it. I find the speed enough to be honest for moving around and stealing items.
The Steed Mundus stone would have been a good pick too
I need this Mythic item for call of duty
Is the Nightblade's stealth even necessary at this point? With that detection radius nobody sees you even if you are infront of them.
the shadow queens cowl doesnt really seem to be worth it over the ring of the wild hunt?
yes, it does!

Tempting me to redownload and go rob everyone blind (:
Do it!
I prefer the older version. It allowed me to be super fast and harvest as quick as possible
nice pve
