One crucial tip for everyone : when watching videos like this make sure to take a note while watching it. Otherwise you will forget it completely and lose that motivation you had after some hours. Taking short notes takes effort, that effort makes the brain save that memory.

@@oops9053 hey man. Yes, surprisingly subtraction. Took away TH-cam, and Social Media and my mind was off the stimulation. I got really bored then my mind felt healed and I got motivated to create.
I don’t know anything about TH-cam or Tik Tok anymore, or the NFL or NBA, but all that is really just taking you away from your purpose. Your life starts to become more exciting than that crap if you design it right.

Start with why. I realised the reason I was craving dopamine was because I would bump into a narc and tell myself that I live in a hostile universe. Then I would try to suppress the pain with dopamine. What works for me now is I remind myself life's meant to have a lot of sadness anyway, then suffering disappears. Remember my friend, even if we resist the pain with dopamine, it only delays it and makes it even more severe. Chains of habits are too weak to be felt until they are too strong to be broken

The third pillar was literally what i thought, use the imagination, stimolate your creativity, if you can do it with that thing, without having any rapport in your life you can literally use the imagination for everything
