    Hello ,,,
U explain very well every ,, can u pls explain ,
    what is forecasting?
    why do we use forecasting?
how forecasting is related to opportunity?

Great suggestion! I've added it to our list of videos to make. Forecasting can difficult to understand at first, but it's a powerful feature.

Can we have a permission or anything through which we can stop the drag and drop functionality of records in Kanban view?

The kanban board is grouped based on a picklist (which you can change in its settings), so moving a card from one column to another is really just updating the picklist field. If that picklist is read only or has validation rules associated with it, you should be able to prevent those updates.

Can the Closed Won column be removed from the Kanban view?

I don't believe so. The Kanban board will show all stages.

I have 7 values on my Stage picklist field, my Kanban board for Record type 1 only shows 5 values but Record type 2 shows 7 values. Any idea?

Hey Thephin, this is because you can have different picklist values assigned to different record types. If you go to your Record Type Settings you can select which values should be displayed. If you're on an Opportunity this same functionality is kept in the Sales Process feature. You'll be able to update the available stages in one of those two places.
