I absolutely love spreadsheets, more than a normal person should, so this would be right up my alley... if I had found this video a few months ago. But recently, I've been trying to switch most of my systems to physical stuff instead of digital and that's when I discovered kanban and started to implement it in my own life. I tried it for a bit digitally but it works sooo much better physically. No barrier to entry, it's physically *there* 24/7 so my brain can't ever forget about it like it can with stuff I write into my computer or phone, and it feels so much better to move stuff around physically than digitally. But I might take a few cues from this and implement it into my own system! Or maybe even online, I am still working in spreadsheets but its more supplementary now instead of a primary system it was before.

I found a calendar tutorial on the channel thinklikeagirlboss and built a calendar from scratch on a new tab, then had it pull info from the task list to populate a calendar based on the due date column.... but could totally do all the columns. Next up is figuring out what I might need for visuals. I'm basically turning it into a TH-cam content planner.

what if i want to add more fields like Project ID or Person Responsible ID?
Check out the Fields tab. You can change the project name and add people's names and ID number.
