How to cook basmati aged rice to minimise less carbs for health issue

- Soak aged basmati rice overnight or at least for a few hours. I added almost half a pot of cold water and bring to a boil for half an hour until almost done. Rinse the rice with cold water and drain. Steam for 15mins . Rice is ready. Enjoy!!
