  • Brice Rhodes' defense attorney, Tom Griffiths, gave an intense closing argument detailing why he believes his client is innocent. Griffiths questioned how honest the witnesses were under oath by saying, “what do we truly know was true, even under oath?” Rhodes is accused of killing three people, including two minors back in May 2016. If Rhodes is convicted, he could face a life sentence.

That attorney doesn't believe a thing he is saying. He is talking like someone who is telling a really bad lie.

They gave him medicine to sedate him and make him calm throughout the case because of “mental illness” that his defense party claims he has.

Just ready to comment with the same impression. If I were on that jury I would have trouble focusing on anything he said because I would be wondering why he picked that shirt and tie if he wanted to be taken seriously. I'd really like to see what the rest of his closet looks holds..

I noticed during the closing arguments from the defense attorney, they tried so hard not to mention their client's name to attempt to distance him from what happened. The 2 guys he keeps referring to and making the case that they were really the ones was so pathetic. He basically argued about things that had nothing to do with the real evidence. He tried to play the jury for fools telling them the evidence was not sufficient but the available evidence along with the testimonies is all they have to go on. Bless they hearts, they were fighting an uphill battle trying to prove that 🤡 innocence

@@ShonTV15 yeah well tell that to numerous cases where the guilty are found innocent due to a great defense and they go out and reoffend, you see cases where children die all the time because the parents are let off the hook and many other situations where the guilty go back out and finish jobs. But yeah, fair trial this and that we ALL deserve it.
