Defense for Brice Rhodes Says Detectives Had ‘Tunnel Vision’ While Investigating Triple Murder Case

- In its opening statement, the defense team for Brice Rhodes said detectives had “tunnel vision” while investigating a Kentucky triple murder case. Rhodes is accused of killing three people in May 2016: Christopher Jones, Larry Ordway, and Maurice Gordon. Rhodes’ defense attorney listed several other potential suspects throughout her opening statement who could have been the “real killer.”

I have watched a number of these, and it seems to me that when the defense's only argument is "there is reasonable doubt that the defendant committed these crimes" the trial isnt going to go well for the defense.
