I ended up buying shade 6 last night and thought it might be too dark, but I wore it today and I like it a lot! It didn’t seem *too* dark, BUT still feel like I am between 5.5 & 6. Kosas needs a 5.75! 😄 You said the same thing as me when I was deciding which shade to buy - that I wish there was a shade in between the two. I think we may be the same skin tone! (Only different undertones 😉) I wonder what the 5.5 would look like on me... I am also watching Kosas videos after a full day of wearing mine looking for other shade 6 or 5.5. As long as I don’t break out in the next few days, I think I may have found my holy grail foundation! (And I have oily/combo skin)
Wow yes it does sound like we might be the same shade! The formula is very interesting, if you give it time to set on the skin, it feels like the colour adapts and adjusts to the skin and the differences no longer seem apparent as when first applied. I feel conflicted over not buying it cuz it looks just so beautiful on the skin😅

Thank you so so much for the lovely videos! That’s really helpful for girls like me have a bit olive undertone. On their website 5.5 and 6 stand for olive skin tone but I found out actually they just don’t look like in the same family. I’m still stuck with the shade matching lol
Aw thank you! I have a bit of green to my skin so olive toned foundations work well on me. I also don't have a right match in this foundation. 5.5 is slightly olive but too light for me and then 6 is too warm and a bit darker.
I am planning to go to Greece, visit my sister and I am thinking to get something that looks like no makeup makeup look as she doesn’t wear makeup so any idea is it best option? I have mix oily and dry skin
This foundation is really lovely and I do recommend it only if you or your sister don't have a lot of dry patches, otherwise regardless of skin type, itz great for a skin like finish. Another option is MAC face and body for a no makeup makeup look for combo skin🥰
I think no.5 is too light for you. Your chest tone is different to your face which is why they test foundations on your jaw bone lol. Would be great if you could do the number 6 on your face to see how it settles! I’m stuck between shades too.
Yeah shade 5 is a bit light and I ended up applying a lot more than I would normally which was a mistake. Chest swatches work the best for me especially if I am going to be wearing clothing that shows my chest. Have you tried reaching out to Kosas/sephora to ask about which shade might work best for you? They can help you match to your existing foundations.

Oh my goodness! Beautiful. I truly hope I dont offend, the difference was incredible, what do you use for undereye discoloration? I have heavy circles and can never get that kind of a change.
I have been using Makeup Revolution liquid correctors. I mix 2 shades orange and banana deep together to get the right shade. Orange on itz own is too dark for me😍

Itz not an eyeshadow, itz just MAC kohl eye pencil in costa riche blended all over my eye, then just a bronzer in the crease. Super easy look!
