REAL. Greek Coney Island Hot Dog Sauce

I searched for 30+ years to find a real hot dog sauce like the old Greek Diners and Hot Dog shops had. I got this one from a Greek. Simple and delicious !! My search is over !

@@scottsims3456 be careful when adding the flour. It clumps easily. Make a thinner paste and add hot juice from the chili to it first. You can use masa harina if you want. I’ve used half flour n half masa too. Hope you can find suet

@@scottsims3456 I’m sorry I thought this was the brown chili recipe !! SORRY. Just barely simmer the spices so they don’t get bitter. Keep it liquid not chunky

Dude, I can’t thank you enough! I like you have been searching for the ultimate. I have eaten what I would consider perfect sauces and simple just couldn’t replicate. I totally agree with you on a simple drier sauce!

IMPORTANT IM FINDING IF YOU OVERCOOK SPICES IN THE OIL IT MIGHT TASTE BITTER. HELL JUST MIX ALL TOGETHER AND SIMMER ADD WATER AS NEEDED SO ITS SOUPY THANKS !!!!
