The theory is that the foot is a map of the organs and systems in your body and when pressure is applied to these specific points, It is believed to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area. Studies show that reflexology may reduce pain and psychological symptoms such as stress and anxiety.

Thank you so much! I got a feet massage (reflexology) and after that I went to the loo and I got a big amount of Urine discharge, in the afternoon I was very tired I slept 12 hours. Is this due to the relaxation of the massage? Thank you!

Hi. Thanks for your video. How much pressure should you put on the middle section of your foot bottom. I use to visit a reflexologist years ago and he use to put a lot of pressure on that area using a round bottom hard plastic instrument. Is it possible to still feel pain in that area

I m 57 and had chronic lower back pain. I have used herbs and minerals to help ... Triple Boron , ashwaghanda , turmeric , krill oil .
Also new mattress , cut down on sugar and dairy. I hope that helps
