    Hi Adam, I came across your video last Sunday. I had issues with passing motion since a month. I would have Softovac which is found in India and suggested by my mom but I am a person who dont like to take meds for my health issues. I would like to solve naturally. I did this massage last Sunday and to my surprise I had very good bowel movements. Tonight I did this massage again and had smooth bowel movements. Thank you so much for teaching us this method. God bless you.

    Just wanted to thank you for sharing this wonderful information. I came across it ironically by searching for stomach upset. I have heard about reflexology but never really messed much with it. I tried it on myself which is a bit more difficult but I was amazed at how well it worked. I'm not sure if the feeling of relaxation helped ease my stomach pain or if it was the other way around 😀. I did take some baking soda and water before watching this so I'm sure that was why I was burping so much and I'm sure it helped as well but I know this made a difference just from how relaxed I felt. I think I drank a bad smoothie. Lol anyway, I'm going to try this on my daughter because she has pain sometimes. Anything different if you are flat footed? She struggles with that

    Just found you, Adam, and so glad I did! I've recently been diagnosed with gastroparesis. No tests have been done yet, so I'm not sure if that's exactly what's wrong with me. I certainly have the symptoms though. I had my gallbladder removed over 20 yrs ago, I'm a heart patient with an ICD implant (idiopathic), I've got depression/anxiety/insomnia/hypothyroidism. Basically I'm a mess and don't want any other doctors slapping bandages on my issues or giving me more scripts for meds. I've been told gastroparesis cannot be cured, just managed. I cannot tell you how terribly I miss my salads, fruits, and chicken! I don't want to live with this! Can my messed up stomach be cured w/ reflexology? Can my other issues be healed through reflexology? I truly loved your video and the way you explain everything you're doing and why. If anyone has an idea on how to help me, I think you do! I've subscribed and liked your channel. Thank you so much for doing all of these videos. It's given me a little hope that MAYBE I can get well, get off some of these medications, and actually live my life!❤🙏👐

    Great video. What does it mean when reflexology points are aching quite painfully? I tried to understand which organs is related to that pain but guess I have to see part 2! Ok After seeing part 2 I understand it was not the digestive system, but the Adrenals (I was suspecting the adrenals but after seeing your adrenal video I am sure). I am experiencing PTSD for many years (complex nature) and work to deal with avoiding getting into stress over small matters each day. So that makes senses that those areas are aching quite strongly. Another area which is aching quite often (every day) seem to be in the physichal area where the liver or gall actually is located in the body. I believe I have fatty liver. So in order to find out wheter it is the liver or gall I could try to check the reflexology points for those arease benetath the feet when I feel pain in that region (on the right side of the liver area (quite to the right side of the body just below the rib. Agreed?

    • @macallanvintage
      @macallanvintage 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Most doctors and gastroenterologists wont tell you the entire situation. Your digestive issues are mostly caused by:
      1. Liver...producing insufficient digestive bile for the gall bladder to store and release into stomach.
      2. If liver is OK, you gall bladder could have stones.
      3. 1 and 2 above will result in poor digestion power, causing fermentation of undigested food in your gut, and hence, producing lots of gas/bloating...leading to trapped gas, burping and/or flatulence. Bloating will enlarge the stomach causing it to press against other areas and creating aches and pains everywhere, dizziness/lightheadedness. As the bloated stomach presses upwards against the heart, you will suffer an anxiety attack as your heart beats rapidly and irratically.
      4. All your issues might be caused by stress impacting your Vagus Nerve. Look for YT videos in toning your Vagus Nerve.
      5. GERD and Acid Reflux can also be caused by Hiatal Hernia (which I suffer from). There are exercises to relax your diapghram.
      6. HPylori virus can become active if you’re under stress and create gastric-like burning sensation. Use CellLab’s Probiotics to combat HPylori naturally. Gastroentrologist will give CIPROBAY antibiotics.
      For super fast relief of trapped gas:
      1/2 tbsp of Asofetida (an Indian herb ) with 1 cup warm or hot water + 1/2 tsp sugar. You will burp like crazy or fart within 3-4mins of consuming this liquid.
      To eliminate that burning sensation in stomach:
      A few big gulps of Almond Milk or Soy Milk or 1tsp of baking soda into 1 cup of water. Or you squeeze 1/2 lemon into 1cup warm or room temperature water.

    • @jsrodman
      @jsrodman ปีที่แล้ว

      Not sure what you're asking here, but if you believe reflexology could work, it's going to relate to the mapping of the nerve endings, not the location of organs, so you'd still use the same points on the foot.

  • @thecelebrationdj

    Hey Adam, thank you for your great video. I'm having odd digestion issues and wondering if it's part of detoxing from reflexology/acupressure work.
    I was given a big knobby acupressure board by a reflexologist a month ago and told to walk on it for 20min 2x/day then to drink 16oz warm water. Despite the pain, I've done this daily for the month.
    [Warning, intimate body share]
    My BMs have been "soft/stringy" for the entire month and I've been bloated a lot. The reflexologist doesn't speak much English so she doesn't understand my concerns and just tells me to keep going. Do you think this is just part of the detoxing process? Or should I stop the board work?
