WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.
We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

I live alone (age 64), and I just lOVE doing massage with a kind co-spirator, who teaches me interesting insight and brings comraderie and friendly, kind and supportive vibes. (Have a bad sort of immune arthritis in my feet AND hands, but I know that I can do these exercises 'wrong', but am still creating movement and circulation.) Magnificent!
Again, it is just SO nice to have company while taking care of myself - all you need is love!
Done this before bed after an uphill run.

i been doing reflexology with a pro for a few weeks. the sessions are extremely painful but a short time after i feel more energetic. on my second session it completely cleared my headache. i think il do this daily for the short sessions then when i get time or i am struggling i will go see the pro

I loved this video so much!! I have been massaging pressure points for swelling in one ankle and it works so wonderful. I followed your lead when watching the video and the three areas that are really painful for me to massage with my thumbs are the heart area (I have high blood pressure controlled by 5mg of amlodipine) kidneys (had kidney problem two years ago due to getting 3 vaccines at the same time) and arthritis (which I have in my knees, hands, back, arm, well almost everywhere). I want to continue to massage those areas like I do the pressure points for leg swelling, which is also very tender when I massage 3x/day. Is there any danger in putting too much pressure on the foot areas?

Only suggestion on this one is that the foot chart should be reversed, so the right foot on the chart is on the viewer’s right side. ☺️

If you look at the top of your feet & then the chart it is like idea of knowing the bottom of them yet not seeing the bottom or if you drew an outline of both feet on one paper & then held it up it would resemble chart; just has been standard way of showing for centuries.

Thoughts on foot reflexology sandals? I have them and they stimulate points too, but im guessing massaging is more proactive and effective rightt? Cus I been wearing them everyday lol
