( I don't know if I should buy RN because of the interest rates?) 5. Learn your contracts because they change all the time. 6. Find your 1 big win of the day personal or business. 7. Find successful agents and ask if they will mentor you. 8. You have to know your inventory. Research the other homes that are for sale and what have sold in your area. 9. Get your ego out of the way. Be genuine with your clients. 10. Find something outside of Real Estate to discuss with the client.
Genelle, YOU SPOKE to my heart. I'm a newbie. Passed my test on 9/24/22--waiting on my license. I have a heart for the 1st Time Home Buyer. I was once of those 1st time homebuyers and I remember the feeling of going to closing, and buying a home, single mom, on my own, no one's help. God is good!!
