I love the millionaire's kid talking about how his difficult time was when he had to pay rent, car paid in cash and invested $15K into realtor leads all at 19 years of age. LOL I don't think any of us can relate to that.

I keep hearing the word million(s) in sales. I’m lucky to get over $5,000 in commission in my city.
But I’m grateful to have 10 closed transactions in each of my first 4 years as a part time agent.

When we say "millions in sales" we're talking about volume. Meaning that if I sell 2 $400,000 home, my volume is at $800,0000. Sales/Volume does not equate to how much money we earn. 10 deals as a part time, newer agent is INCREDBILE! Super proud of you for that! Next year, you should double that! ;)
