I just need to get out of my own way, put on my big girl panties and start calling. In my market, the Seattle area, the pendulum has totally switched from overbids to stagnancy with buying because of the huge hike in interest rates. It’s tough being a seller here right now. Price reductions are happening everywhere and I just had to do the same with my one and only listing I have right now. It’s a scary time.

Thanks for a great content Tom! You are awesome! The biggest hurdle we have in our Dallas market is it every single buyer that comes through the open house either has their agent with them or they say they already have an agent. Hold an open house a few weeks ago and I had about 60 people come through. At least 15 of them were agents and the rest of them were already represented.
Great to ask where they came from, really helps with your attribution so that you know what marketing is working best for you and so that you can double down on your most effective methods.

This was a fantastic video. I am up in Canada so we do have a few different rules regarding calling, but the other "touches" are definitely great and got a lot of great insight for chatting during an open house. Thanks Tom & Jeff.
Sign in sheets are like business cards... if you dont have one, you look like an amateur. If you do have one, its not going to sell the house or guarantee that you'll get the client, but it avoids the awkward "oh I dont have one..." kinda thing.
