As a 50 year old just getting back into film, it's so cool to see how many young people are digging film. You're the people who will save film and I can't thank you enough for it!
Got into film first between 2000-2006 then went to digital.
Until this year! I dug out my Polaroids, then Konica C35 EF, then I got in eBay and now I've got a Fujica GW690 😆
Right there with you at 56! Still have the Nikon FE2 I bought in 85. Switched to digital in 2004, now back at it!

I just found your film vlog through Caleb and Jason, it's cool all of you are doing this in California and making your own community. I wish we had the same sort of film spirit here in Australia this regularly. The ground glass on that 8x10 camera weirds me out with everything being upside down. I mean, on my Mamiya Universal at least if the ground glass back is on everything is still right side up.
It's a bit like when I picked up a friends Mamiya TLR and everything was horizontally opposed... Left is right... right is left... up is down... I'm not coordinated enough to do that yet...
Daaaangit...I wish I was there...I SOOOO wanted someone to do a frame of somebody else signing your arm! Cool idea!

I like my film cameras. I have a few. They are all different and all fun. I don't even need to say that. Some are getting rather old... like me. I plan to do some more B&W as the year goes by. Not just random shots, I actually have a plan. Thing is, nobody will see them. I subscribed, now that I've seen several of your videos. I like the feel of your days.

I have been watching YT videos of film photographers and it ignited my interest in film photography. It was 10 years ago since I shot film before that. Then, the other day, I looked at my film camera collection and it made me sad that I can only take a T2 to travel with me. It was because it is super compact. I have pentax 67ii, ga645, mamiya 645 and another pentax 67. It just made me depressed also realizing that all the YT film photography videos I am watching have a lot of similarities in them, after that I put 3 of my film cameras up on ebay.
